I know your doctrine because I read it. So I said I am a Jew - which being a biological Jew and not an Orthodox Jew was a true statement. But I said it that way because according to your doctrine no one can be born again who believes Paul's gospel. And I assume that I would also have to have been in receipt of the Gospel of the Kingdom as delivered to the Apostles when Judas was still an apostle to be found in that meaning. So I said "I am a Jew." I simply wanted to understand your doctrine and not receive a supply of Scripture that does not establish anything other than that the apostles (including those of the 72) - were sent out to peach the Gospel of the Kingdom in keeping with the call to repentance and to make straight the heart to receive the Messiah.
But this is not the thread to have that discussion - it seems unfair on the author of the thread to misdirect his stated purpose in introducing himself. You had one agreement to asking me if
"Have you heard the gospel given to Paul by the Lord Jesus Christ ?" That agreement came from
@1ofthem so let her correct your mistaken belief that those who do hear the gospel given to Paul are NOT born again - even when they do believe - in your doctrine. We ought to be careful what we agree with in our mistaken zeal to wrestle with others. Shalom
If you do not believe Paul's gospel you are lost and still in your sins.
It is not my doctrine as you keep stating.
1Ti_4:16 Take heed unto thyself, and unto the doctrine; continue in them: for in doing this thou shalt both save thyself, and them that hear thee.
Paul's doctrine comes from what he had received from Christ.
Right now sin is the issue between you and God.
It dont matter, Jews or Gentiles, we all have sinned.
Rom_3:29 Is he the God of the Jews only? is he not also of the Gentiles? Yes, of the Gentiles also:
Christ died for our sins, that is what you need to believe to be saved.
1Co 15:3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;
1Co 15:4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:
