When you get it, when you see it, you know it like no other thing. Money, in all its forms, is Satan. Economics, all of it, is the religion of Satan; it is the theology of Satan.

Money must be brought down. Money must be defeated. The book of Revelation, at its core, is about the fight of Christ against the forces of money.

If you don't believe me, let your mind wander. Go all the way back into the far reaches of human history and consider how much misery money has brought the human race.

I don't know what to do about it. I have no solution to offer you. All I can do is type the final lines of Revelation:

He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus.
The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.
So,
if money is so bad then have you gotten rid of ALL yours???
How then are you able to get by in life?
After all, someones money had to provide you shelter, clothing, food, computer/phone/internet access..........

Sorry, ...Blain. Well, when we die, we are free of this world and the power of Mammon.
We will also be free from the need for food. Is food therefore evil? No.

Your "logic" is really wacky.

What really brings me down is there is no escaping it. I hate what it has turned me into, the more I think about it.
The only reason that money "has turned you into" anything is that you have allowed it to have power in your life that God never intended it to have. It's a tool, just like a hammer, which in the same way can be used for good or for evil. The hammer itself can do nothing.

Christ had one of the disciples carry his money that they shared for the groups well being. Christ was not against having or spending money. He even taught that one should use money to create more money and the one who buried it and earned no profit was a bad person.

Mat 25:14 For the kingdom of heaven is as a man travelling into a far country, who called his own servants, and delivered unto them his goods.
Mat 25:15 And unto one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another one; to every man according to his several ability; and straightway took his journey.
Mat 25:16 Then he that had received the five talents went and traded with the same, and made them other five talents.
Mat 25:17 And likewise he that had received two, he also gained other two.
Mat 25:18 But he that had received one went and digged in the earth, and hid his lord's money.
Mat 25:19 After a long time the lord of those servants cometh, and reckoneth with them.
Mat 25:20 And so he that had received five talents came and brought other five talents, saying, Lord, thou deliveredst unto me five talents: behold, I have gained beside them five talents more.
Mat 25:21 His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.
Mat 25:22 He also that had received two talents came and said, Lord, thou deliveredst unto me two talents: behold, I have gained two other talents beside them.
Mat 25:23 His lord said unto him, Well done, good and faithful servant; thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.
Mat 25:24 Then he which had received the one talent came and said, Lord, I knew thee that thou art an hard man, reaping where thou hast not sown, and gathering where thou hast not strawed:
Mat 25:25 And I was afraid, and went and hid thy talent in the earth: lo, there thou hast that is thine.
Mat 25:26 His lord answered and said unto him, Thou wicked and slothful servant, thou knewest that I reap where I sowed not, and gather where I have not strawed:
Mat 25:27 Thou oughtest therefore to have put my money to the exchangers, and then at my coming I should have received mine own with usury.
Mat 25:28 Take therefore the talent from him, and give it unto him which hath ten talents.
Mat 25:29 For unto every one that hath shall be given, and he shall have abundance: but from him that hath not shall be taken away even that which he hath.
Mat 25:30 And cast ye the unprofitable servant into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

The Bible-believing Christians know the verses, just like you do. And that is what Jesus meant because it's in the context of a sermon on not even working for money to begin with.

I'm not innocent here. No one is, I don't think. We've all worked for money and things. We live in this world, but that's just it. The world has to be destroyed. Money is Satan. Satan is a personal pronoun; money is his effect in the world. Mammon is the spirit of Satan as money. IT CORRUPTS EVERYTHING.

That's why Jesus said you can't be rich and follow him. You can't be rich and get into the Kingdom of S

We aren't going to do the work for you if you simply cannot provide scriptural evidence to back up your claim because there is none then just say it don't make us do the work for you
And no where in his sermon was it even mentioned to not work for money you cannot simply try to make scripture say what you want it to say to fit your agenda and the reason he said the rich cannot get into heaven is because the many who were rich back then were not willing to give it up to follow him. quite frankly your case is shaky at best and you cannot even prove what you say with scripture your tactics will not convince anyone who believes in scripture and you certainly won't fool anyone who has studied the bible

Jesus didn't say any of that. He said it was difficult for a rich man to enter the kingdom and that is because great wealth brings many sinful temptations. Even Lot was wealthy, and at the end God made him even more wealthy.

For my first question...

How exactly are you posting this message here, since you obviously have renounced Satan and are living in a tent in the woods somewhere with absolutely none of the things that money can afford in your possession? :D

Bud, you are calling the Bible untrue when it says clearly that THE LOVE of money is the root of all evil.

Mammon CAN mean money but it can also mean "the fallen world system."

For the record, the best translation of the passage is "the love of money is a root of all kings of evil."
