There was some debate between Matt Dillahunty and (I think) Ray Comfort. The debate would have been a nice stalemate right up until Comfort conceded the position that something can exist without consciousness and at that point lost the debate. Had Comfort denied the concept that something can exist without consciousness, he would not have lost.
Most of those debates are just an exercise in logical reasoning. If someone drops the beat when it comes to making a case for their side, it doesn't mean their side is necessarily untenable, just that they didn't have the mental stamina to see their point through properly. The lack of a live debate where one side always wins isn't evidence that that side is right. When Paul was Saul in the Bible, he persecuted Christians and "won" the debates against them, leading to their execution in many cases. His success rate in legal proceedings did not ultimately give a good indication on what was true.

This is nonsensical. We know Scientists fake stuff all the time to get funding, they do it with so called Global Warming errrrrr, I mean Climate Change, they recreate the temps from the 30s which were very high, thus it makes it appear that temps have increased, but they haven't, we have to old data points which they manipulated and changed.
But all that is irrelevant anyway, no matter how God created the Universe and His creation, there is one thing no one can argue, Human Beings are record keepers, and we only have records going back about 6000 years. So, no matter what bones these "Ignorant of Bible truths" Scientists have, that "HUMAN BEINGS" are 100,000 years old, they have NO WAY of understanding when God placed His SPIRIT into man, thus crating a Human Being. Any "Animal" before that impartation by God is just that, a non intellectual animal.
Atheists and Evolutionists loses every argument and debate because they are wrong. Now I grant that God may have spoke Creation and all species into being in an Evolutionist's type way, that is still creation via an ORDER by God. So, just like we still see the Universe expanding, which also came from Gods ORDER which produced the Big Bang 13.7 billion years ago. But, ONLY God could impart His spirit into men, and He did that 6000 years ago.
If God decided to impart his spirit into Two Dogs tomorrow, those 2 dogs would become immortal souls with intelligence. Their DNA would thus be passed on, the other dogs would still be dogs. The point being, God's impartation of His spirit can not be proven by scientists, (LOL) so all of this supposed vast knowledge is thus rendered futile. In 5000 years (the year 7021), so called Scientists would look back at the dog race and say, they are 350 million years old, and they must have EVOLVED INTELLIGENCE, no, they would have no way of understanding God imparted his Spirit into two dogs in Dec. of 2021, and thus THOSE DOGS with intelligence were created in 2021.
God says He will send things to deceive those kind of people who love to doubt God, and He calls them fools.

So, ignoring God's creation of MAN for the moment, are you saying evolution could have taken place before 6000 years ago? Please remember this thread is about evolution which only applies to biological life and has nothing to do with cosmology which is a branch of physics nor does it have anything to do with climate change.
