Jews, you win, anyone anointed can be a "messiah", but you have to face that the use of the Hebrew text for it in Daniel 9:24-26 is unique to the rest of scripture.

The Holy of Holies is The Presence of GOD. That means the person in the next verse has a unique Title representing the Presence of GOD. The Anointed Prince is not written in this same format anywhere else. You are not going to find מָשִׁיחַ (mâshîyach) directly before someone’s role except for 9:25. And 9:26 has מָשִׁיחַ (mâshîyach) sitting by itself which also never happens.

Anointing The Holy of Holies in Daniel 9:24 was Anointing The MESSIAH in 9:26 to be The Anointed Prince at the end of the 69 weeks in 9:25.

You knew the first 7 weeks of Daniel's 70 weeks was the Rebuild of Jerusalem, you then ignored that The MESSIAH would be showing up somewhere around 434 years later (threescore and two weeks)?

Again, it is best to take a cautious approach before jumping to conclusions. Since the original manuscript was different than the Hebrew shown in the link, it is best to take the translation with a grain of salt. As advocates of a different religion that is antiChristian, it would be likely that there is and was an invested interest in interpolating missing information with an antiChristian bias. This also happens to be one of the criticism that Islam has of Talmudic Judaism, Islam accuses Talmudic Judaism of twisting scripture. I wouldn't take that link as an authoritative source.

Jews want to say the “Anointed Prince” in Daniel 9:25 is who calls for the rebuild of The City …but i think this is saying it is about a timeframe that ends with an “Anointed Prince”. This ruins their excuse.

The Command to start the Rebuild is when the 70 weeks starts. It took 7 prophetic weeks for The City to be rebuilt. It then took 62 prophetic weeks for "The Anointed One" to Appear and be “cut off”. That Anointed One became the "Anointed Prince" in the previous verse. Daniel 9:24-26

Hear O Israel... The Lord our God is One!

There are many anointed for all kinds of purposes, but only one anointed savior. They ought to have known! And they ought to know!

Judaism knew their City was going to be destroyed again from the 70 Weeks of Daniel, did they not care why or piece together afterwards that "The Anointed One" must have appeared?

Did the 70 weeks of Daniel "to seal up the vision and prophecy" for the Old Testament (Daniel 9:24)?

Did Judaism know there was going to be a New Covenant (Jeremiah 31:31-33) if they didn't commit to God? Daniel 9:24 "Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins"?

It's time to wake Judaism up and get them Grafted back in.

There's some issues with this idea. First, we cannot unblind people God has blinded. Second, the ones who were blinded were non-believers in Jesus. Even if they would be unblinded by God, they are still unbelievers in a religion that has rejected the Messiah from when the Messiah was first here, and has continued in this denial for centuries. Only a remnant in every generation is not blinded and does come to believe in Jesus but the vast majority do not and remain blinded. I saw a video where a guy in Israel asked random Jews who Jesus was and half of them didn't even know the name. The rest said they didn't believe in him as Messiah.

Israel rejected Christ before God blinded them because they had a different idea of the Messiah that Jesus was not going to be. When that blindness is removed, I think the institutionalization of Judaism rejecting Jesus as the Messiah will still be in place.

Even without God's blindness, the Jews are looking for a different Messiah, one that Christ doesn't fit.

It's like taking a person who doesn't believe we landed on the moon and blinding him from being able to accept we landed on the moon then later removing that blindness. His denial of the moon landing will still be there.

What do Jews think filled the whole earth?

Nebuchadnezzar's dream statue

Daniel 2:35
...that no place was found for them: and the stone that smote the image became a great mountain, and filled the whole earth.

GOD'S Kingdom filled the whole earth.

Mount Zion (GOD'S Kingdom/GOD'S Children)

Rev 20:11
And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.

There was no place for them in GOD'S Kingdom.

This is the second time I have read your reference to Judaism within the Old Testament. There was no such thing as Judaism before the advent of our Lord, Jesus Yeshua.
It was a country, Israel, comprised of the Twelve Tribes. No denominations, simply the Theocracy of God.

With this in mind, know that the Israel on our maps has no resemblance whatsoever to the Israel of God. Always keep this in mind when reading references to Israel, and especially, the New Jerusalem.

People think i'm being hateful when i use the word "Jew". i'm aware you are the Root of the Olive Tree ...but your branches are broken and need grafted back in. All these points i've made and you want to complain about a location on a map?

Best I recall, waking up Israel and then being grafted back in is not up to us

Pretty sure that is up to God
It is TWO DIFFERENT things, God BLINDED Isreal as a Nation because of sin, until the fullness of the Gentiles be come in (Rapture), but as Paul says in Romans 11 they Jews are blinded only IN PART, meaning as a Nation but not as individuals, which would go against God's Holy nature a each man must work out his own salvation. Thus we can and do reach Jews who become Messianic Jews, but the crescendo of the nation repenting as one will not come until after the Rapture when the Two-witnesses show up at the 1335, which is 45 days before the 1290 where the False Prophet stops Jesus Worship in the temple AFTER the Jews repent and then places the AoD (image of the E.U. Beast), and 75 days before the Anti-Christ conquers Jerusalem and the Mediteranean Sea Region to become the last Beast, and thus the Jews will have 30 days to flee Judea before the Anti-Christ goes forth conquering.

So, the Jews indeed repent, just as Zechariah 13:8-9 says, (3-5 million or 1/3 of the Jews repents) JUST BEFORE we see the Day of the Lord in the next verse (Zechariah 14:1) where we see Jerusalem sacked.

The Church will not see Israel repent unless we are speaking about the Remnant Church as seen in Rev. 12:17, those Gentiles who repent AFTER the Rapture.

No, I did not think you as hating Jews. However, before Jesus, there were not named ddenominations, not even Judaism. Have you followed this truth through the Old testament?
We have been grafted into the original vine............

Were grafted ...things changed after you didn't recognize your King. Abraham was through Faith of a coming MESSIAH ...same with the Jews. You can't claim to have Faith after you ignored that He was here.

Because you do not understand anything I have shared with you, I a believe of Jesus Yeshua, cannot continue in this vein of non reason. God bless you, and read all of the Word from Genesis to the final amen of Revelation.

You are a Messianic Jew! Oh, wow, SORRY!

Well you, of course, are grafted in ...but you are in the minority ...right?

There is something curious with Eve representing Israel. The Seed came from her.

How awful to imply that all of the descendents of the orginal Jewish Christians somehow died out or didn't integrate and flourish in Christian society.
Unfortunately, as history attests to, there was frequent persecution inflicted upon people who identified as Jew regardless of whether they confessed to being Christians or not, particularly because the Papacy viewed them as "heretics" and "murderers of the Blessed One". This precipitated their mistreatment throughout the centuries. Many had to renounce their heritage just to be counted as second-class citizens in early Christian (read: Roman Catholic) societies. Most of the inquisitions were specifically orchestrated to target Jews.

...while this was going on you had another group who was masquerading as the people of the book to claim their property and heritage...which was prophesied to happen in several books: Genesis, Obadiah, and Ezekiel for example.

It is a common misconception that modern Rabbinic Judaism only follows the Old Testament and that their religious outlook could be understood and persuaded by only looking at the OT.
Agreed, and to add to this, the Talmud is a codification of the tradition of the Pharisees. It's the collection of what was "added to and taken away" from the words the Almighty gave to the people through Moses, which was commanded never to be done. This is why the Messiah had such an issue with them. Modern Judaism was originally called Phariseeism and Talmudism.

Recall the scene when Messiah called some the children of the devil (John 8:44), he also said they go through great lengths to make a convert but then turn them into a child of destruction. There was a group of Edomites (called Idumeans in the NT) who infiltrated and also called themselves "Jews". The government and priesthood were taken over by them (i.e. King Herod and the Sanhedrin).

And when Jerusalem was destroyed, the Pharisees went to Babylon (while the real Jews scattered), created the Talmud, and then began missionary work to proselytize, calling converts "Jewish" if they practiced Talmudism, which confused things even more because now there are generations of people who believe they're Jews having no real connection to the land or the people, or the true faith.

----

So whenever I can I like to make a clear distinction between those who were Jews by blood and those who claimed to be Jews but are not and do lie. Their all mixed together nowadays, but The Messiah's sheep hear His voice and do follow Him.

All who believe must learn what the following from Revelation means: "Beware of those who say they are Jews buet are not." It goes on to say they are a synagogue of Satan.

Because I know what a true Jew is, I am very ahppy to be called such for the translation refers to one who praise God. Thank you for your kindness. All blessings and love in Jesus Yeshua, amen.
