Depending on the translation, the NKJV wrote the following:
Job 19:17 NKJV - "My breath is offensive to my wife, And I am repulsive to the children of my own body."
Verse 18 gives a blanket statement of children in general, that young children despise him.
But here is the thing . . . if Jobs's children went to heaven, and there is no reason to think that they did not, once in Heaven I can assure you that they were given full understanding. They realized that our bodies are only vessels that house the real "us" . . . we are spirits while in this body.
2 Corinthians 5:6 NKJV - "So [we are] always confident, knowing that while we are at home in the body we are absent from the Lord."
What happens to our bodies, regardless of how much we suffer, our job is to see past its "weakness" and frailty compared to our Spiritual body. I promise that those initial children of Job had full perspective as soon as they felt the Raw, Almighty Power of God.
We will be ok, folks, in our moment of death. Do not be afraid of dying, but rather, be afraid of how we handle it. Our job is to Endure the struggles of this weak world of flesh, but with a good attitude. Everyone endures life battles, and most people do it with bitterness and complaining, but True Christians must do their best to Endure with positive, healthy attitudes that include the understanding and view of the Lord's Eternal Plan. We are to know that suffering is pretty much a guarantee if we are to be called Children of God.
Regarding end times:
Revelation 2:10 NKJV - "Do not fear any of those things which you are about to suffer. Indeed, the devil is about to throw [some] of you into prison, that you may be tested, and you will have tribulation ten days. Be faithful until death, and I will give you the crown of life."
The general principle of suffering and how we are to look at the body is not specific to verse 10 above but throughout all time.
