I think that I disagree with you here, brother.

While we cannot live up to the letter of the law, the spirit of the law is a different story (Romans 7:6).

If we walk according to the Spirit, the righteousness of the law is fulfilled (practically) within us (Romans 8:4).

That means that we do not commit sin (1 John 3:6,9).

And this is something that can be true in us for the rest of our lives (Luke 1:74-75; 1 John 3:6, 1 John 2:17).

Because that is the doctrine of the Bible concerning those who are forgiven through the blood of Christ.

But if you deny forgiveness through the blood of Christ, this applies more to you than it does to @Charlie24.

In fact, it does not apply to him; because he has a sound understanding of what is taught in holy scripture.

Our sanctification never ends, it can't until we are like Christ, that being perfect.

Perfection is not possible in this fallen body of sin.

Although we are given the status as perfect by faith in Christ, we will not reach that status until the resurrection, when we are changed from the mortal to the immortal.

I think we do disagree on this.

Yes, we do.

If we walk consistently according to the Spirit, the righteousness of the law is fulfilled in us (Romans 8:4).

This means that we do not sin (1 John 3:6,9).

So, while we are not made perfect in that we continue to have indwelling sin;

The fact that sin is rendered dead means that our practical walk can indeed be perfect as we consistently walk according to the Spirit.

Because if we are walking according to the Spirit, we are not walking according to the flesh (Galatians 5:16).

How then can we sin if we are not walking according to the flesh?

Jesus said the following.

Jhn 14:26, But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

Jhn 16:13, Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.

Jesus was speaking to Peter among others who would receive the Holy Spirit. So, in this, He substantiated Peter's writings.

Peter substantiated Paul's writings as being scripture here,

2Pe 3:15, And account that the longsuffering of our Lord is salvation; even as our beloved brother Paul also according to the wisdom given unto him hath written unto you;
2Pe 3:16, As also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable wrest, as they do also the other scriptures, unto their own destruction.

Therefore, Jesus indirectly substantiated Paul.

But, your rejection of these things was prophesied by Paul,

2Ti 4:3, For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;
2Ti 4:4, And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.

And it is also not untrue that I follow the Word.

This is proof that you need nothing more not from Paul, John, Jim, Wayne Billy Bob or
you or me. But I am glad you believe what you believe, keep teaching it to all them who will listen to you

I will; because I know that what I am preaching is the truth that will bring salvation to those who hear it.

Because fallen man cannot keep His eyes on Christ 24/7 without end. We are fallen man.

This fallen body puts on perfection in real time at the resurrection.

Sin is rendered dead but still present, we still have the fallen sin nature.
