Garbage Report
Recently Biden was attacked for saying the report about the Justice department paying $450,000 per illegal immigrant was a "garbage report". Many jumped on this saying that Biden was lying, but what if he was being completely honest and transparent?
Suppose for a second that the journalists who got this story didn't actually have a source within the justice department, rather they crawled through the garbage outside the Justice department and pulled papers out of the garbage. In that case "garbage report" doesn't mean it isn't true, it just shows Biden's contempt for these journalists who go dumpster diving.

People want Biden to get tough on his border policy, that is what the $450,000 payout to those we arrested is all about. This isn't some wimpy left wing angst over the suffering of the poor, it is a payout to the cartels. You get what you pay for. Right now it is the poor handing over their savings to the cartels to bring them across, well that money is drying up. If you want the cartels to truck people into the country you need to pay for it.

It is much easier to tell pollsters you disagree with the way the economy is being handled so I think this will show much less bias than average, so perhaps 4-5% bias for Democrats. Therefore I think we can safely conclude that 35% disapprove of Biden, especially when you consider other factors.
