There’s only one conclusion you can draw by taking the prophecies of the Bible literally, says New York Times bestselling author Joel Richardson. Someday soon, a Jew named Yeshua – or Jesus, as he’s known in the West – will rule the world from Jerusalem.

In his new book, When a Jew Rules the World, Richardson paints a picture of what that one-thousand-year reign will be like, along the way blow-torching the notion that gentile Christians have "replaced" the Jews and Israel as the people of promise. Richardson lays out the tragic history of anti-Semitism within the church from the very beginning in what may be the most thorough repudiation of what has become known as “Replacement Theology,” or, as Richardson calls it, “Supersessionism.”

Joseph Farah, founder of WND.com, calls When a Jew Rules the World “one of the most important books of our time – a chance for Christians to rediscover their true identity as fellow heirs of promise with the House of Israel, the wild olive branches grafted into the tree of the Abrahamic Covenant. Paul explained how we are grafted into that tree. The tree is not dead. It hasn’t been uprooted. It’s still very much alive, as Richardson so masterfully demonstrates through scripture.”

Chuck Missler praises When a Jew Rules the World, calling the book, “A must read for the serious Christian.”

  • What exactly is the Abrahamic Covenant, and is it still relevant today?
  • Has the New Testament done away with the Old Testament?
  • Is the Church the new and true Israel?
  • What is the Kingdom of God?
  • What lies ahead for the State of Israel?
  • How should gentile believers relate to unbelieving Jews?
Richardson answers these questions and more as he carefully walks the reader through the most essential passages of the Bible that must be understood if one desires to combat the growing Christian anti-Semitism. As the rage and resistance of Satan to God’s plans with Israel continues to spread throughout the earth, now is the hour for discerning Christians everywhere to arm themselves with a clear understanding of these profoundly importand and foundational matters.

It should be clear that salvation is not given to a Jew because of his descendancy from the patriarch Jacob.

A person can only be saved through faith in the Jewish Messiah; and if some Jew does not have such a faith, his descendancy from Jacob does not save him.

But if he places his faith in the Messiah that came from his own people, he is not excluded from the salvation that is offered in Christ for that he is a descendant of Jacob.

In fact, the gospel of Jesus Christ is offered "first to the Jew, and then to the Gentile." (Romans 1:16).

The olive tree (true Israel) in Romans 11, is the church (all who place their faith in Jesus as Messiah).

In the last days, all of Israel shall be saved through faith in Jesus as Messiah (Romans 11:26, Zechariah 12:10).

And while this gift will be given to all of Israel, it is not given to them because they are descended from Jacob; but because they will place their faith in their own Messiah.

While it is promised specifically to Israel that they will all be saved in the last days and therefore in that sense they will be saved because they are descendants of Jacob.

Their means of salvation being apart from trust in their own lineage; but through faith in Jesus.

When A Jew Rules the World:
It would have been preferable to say "When Christ Rules the World". There is no need to identify Christ as Jew, since He is a Hebrew of the Hebrew and the Jews were in fact His bitter enemies.

That is why John is careful in his Gospel to distinguish the "religion of the Jews" from the teachings of Christ. And Paul calls himself "a Hebrew of the Hebrews", and speaks of "the Jews religion" as opposed to Christianity.

For ye have heard of my conversation [lifestyle] in time past in the Jews' religion, how that beyond measure I persecuted the church of God, and wasted it: And profited in the Jews' religion above many my equals in mine own nation, being more exceedingly zealous of the traditions of my fathers. (Gal 1:13,14)

Also, identifying Christ as "a Jew" is bound to raise the hackles of many, since He is "the Savior of the world" who happened to be of the line of David and "the seed" of Abraham. Christ always spoke of Himself as "the Son of Man" thus identifying Himself with all mankind.

Romans 11
New King James Version

Israel’s Rejection Not Total
11 I say then, has God cast away His people? Certainly not! For I also am an Israelite, of the seed of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin. 2 God has not cast away His people whom He foreknew. Or do you not know what the Scripture says of Elijah, how he pleads with God against Israel, saying, 3 “Lord, they have killed Your prophets and torn down Your altars, and I alone am left, and they seek my life”? 4 But what does the divine response say to him? “I have reserved for Myself seven thousand men who have not bowed the knee to Baal.” 5 Even so then, at this present time there is a remnant according to the election of grace. 6 And if by grace, then it is no longer of works; otherwise grace is no longer grace. [a]But if it is of works, it is no longer grace; otherwise work is no longer work.
7 What then? Israel has not obtained what it seeks; but the elect have obtained it, and the rest were blinded. 8 Just as it is written:
“God has given them a spirit of stupor,
Eyes that they should not see
And ears that they should not hear,
To this very day.”
9 And David says:
“Let their table become a snare and a trap,
A stumbling block and a recompense to them.
10 Let their eyes be darkened, so that they do not see,
And bow down their back always.”
Israel’s Rejection Not Final
11 I say then, have they stumbled that they should fall? Certainly not! But through their [b]fall, to provoke them to jealousy, salvation has come to the Gentiles. 12 Now if their [c]fall is riches for the world, and their failure riches for the Gentiles, how much more their fullness!
13 For I speak to you Gentiles; inasmuch as I am an apostle to the Gentiles, I magnify my ministry, 14 if by any means I may provoke to jealousy those who are my flesh and save some of them. 15 For if their being cast away is the reconciling of the world, what will their acceptance be but life from the dead?
16 For if the firstfruit is holy, the lump is also holy; and if the root is holy, so are the branches. 17 And if some of the branches were broken off, and you, being a wild olive tree, were grafted in among them, and with them became a partaker of the root and [d]fatness of the olive tree, 18 do not boast against the branches. But if you do boast, remember that you do not support the root, but the root supports you.
19 You will say then, “Branches were broken off that I might be grafted in.” 20 Well said. Because of unbelief they were broken off, and you stand by faith. Do not be haughty, but fear. 21 For if God did not spare the natural branches, He may not spare you either. 22 Therefore consider the goodness and severity of God: on those who fell, severity; but toward you, [e]goodness, if you continue in His goodness. Otherwise you also will be cut off. 23 And they also, if they do not continue in unbelief, will be grafted in, for God is able to graft them in again. 24 For if you were cut out of the olive tree which is wild by nature, and were grafted contrary to nature into a cultivated olive tree, how much more will these, who are natural branches, be grafted into their own olive tree?
25 For I do not desire, brethren, that you should be ignorant of this mystery, lest you should be wise in your own [f]opinion, that blindness in part has happened to Israel until the fullness of the Gentiles has come in. 26 And so all Israel will be [g]saved, as it is written:
“The Deliverer will come out of Zion,
And He will turn away ungodliness from Jacob;
27 For this is My covenant with them,
When I take away their sins.”
28 Concerning the gospel they are enemies for your sake, but concerning the election they are beloved for the sake of the fathers. 29 For the gifts and the calling of God are irrevocable.
30 For as you were once disobedient to God, yet have now obtained mercy through their disobedience, 31 even so these also have now been disobedient, that through the mercy shown you they also may obtain mercy. 32 For God has [h]committed them all to disobedience, that He might have mercy on all.
33 Oh, the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are His judgments and His ways past finding out!
34 “For who has known the mind of the Lord?
Or who has become His counselor?”
35 “Or who has first given to Him
And it shall be repaid to him?”
36 For of Him and through Him and to Him are all things, to whom be glory forever. Amen.

Although some may kick against it, Jesus was born a Jew, taught as a Jew, and will come back to Jerusalem, Israel to the Mount of Olives to redeam the remant of the Jews as the Jewish Messiah in Israel where He will reign from King David's Throne for a 1000 years from Jerusalem over the whole earth.

It is imperative to understand any who praise God in spirit and truth is doing as a Jew in spirit for Judah was named so because Leah said at his birth, I will now praise Yah, therefor she called his name Judah.

Jesus was of the Tribe of Judah, an Israelite.

I have nothing against Jews in general and I believe that God restored the nation of Israel. But God's promised salvation was to Abraham, born in Ur of the Chaldees. The promise was that all the families of the earth would be blessed. Lord Jesus traces His human ancestry to Adam. Israel as a nation was an utter failure, except for brief periods of obedience to God. Even the elite, Abraham, David, Solomon and Elijah were flawed characters. I support Israel the nation. I believe God blesses the nations that support Israel, hence the decline of the once "Great" Britain. However, there is now no distinction between Jew and Gentile Christians. Lord Jesus is the Last Adam, not Moses, David, Isaiah or Elijah. Jews have no special claim on Jesus. They crucified Him.

You should read the contents of the book before you make such a shallow reply. You've gone straight on the defensive
shooting down a strawman. The title is very apt and you have projected a false impression on to it.
There is no denial that Jesus is the saviour of the world contained in that book.
Who are you to tear down your brother??

The book is a sound examination of scripture. It's a Christian study. Very useful for The Body of Christ.

Perhaps the conversation would be more fruitful if examples were brought up from the book? I have never read that particular book but I believe that ideas should be able to stand on their own merits.

All should understand that Israel is twelve tribes.

Israel is also our heavenly nation with its capital being the New Jerusalem, for since the first Jerusalem the replacement was made necessary.

All should be aware that all who believe are Jews by translation, not of some bogus denomination claiming to represent Israel, for the original Israelites did not have denominations, only but most importantly, their country headed by a High Priest who in turn was headed by God.

All the above is quite a mystery which I do not claim to understand fully, however because the Word teaches all of this I, by the gift of faith, believe it, for theWord is God, amen.

I've read the book; it's very good. Not such a huge fan of Richardson lately though. He's out there on a few things.

I can give you a link to the free PDF version if you like. It's not long. Less that 300 pages.

I was not tearing down a brother but simply pointing out the fact that it was unwise to speak of Jesus as "a Jew". He did not identify Himself with the Jews.
How can anyone who claimes to have read the New Testament not hear Jesus Yeshua when He taught He had to go to His own people first.
In another of His teachings He declares there was anothere Flock that He was going to join to the Original Flock. Here He was plainly speaking of the gift of salvation being extended to the nations.
We have been united with the Israel of God, the Jew first and then the Greek.
Please learn what a Jew is..........
