Blueprint for the end.
Daniel 7 provided a blueprint for NT history, and Jesus confirmed it in his Olivet Discourse. The idea was that a 4th Kingdom, the Kingdom of Rome, or the "Roman Empire," would be the final great power on earth to play a role in final judgment on earth.

Jesus saw the fall of Jerusalem 1st, as a prelude to the evangelization, or warning to, the world. As Israel had been a "chosen nation," so the Roman Empire would become a kind of "chosen nation," creating many nations of faith in accordance with God's promises to Abraham.

Daniel saw the Roman Kingdom as continuing until the coming of Christ's Kingdom, the Kingdom of the "Son of Man." This would eventually become a Kingdom consisting of 10 major states. And in fact, throughout NT history, there have been a number of states populating both sections of the old Roman Empire, East and West.

The current move today towards European reunification speaks of this continuing move towards consolidating Europe under a single 10-state entity, dominating the world. The Antichrist, it is said, will have an overwhelming military superiority for 3.5 years.

But after this time period the kings from the East would, it seems, challenge this Antichristian Kingdom. And true to form, China is creating an incredibly powerful force on earth, capable of challenging a unified Europe. Even if the US and Russia, also European peoples, joined in with this European Union, China would be able to challenge it. What do you think?

I believe that we are on the cusp of the commencement of end-time events as mentioned in scripture, particularly Daniel and Revelation.

The 4th kingdom in Daniel 7 is the Roman Empire who does not lose their dominion until Jesus puts down the world.

The 10 horns that come from the 4th beast is the world split in to ten sections with a leader in each section which the Bible says they shall devour the whole world, tread it down, and break it in to pieces.

The little horn, antichrist, New Age Christ comes from the 10 horns which the prince to come the antichrist comes from the people who overthrew Jerusalem which is the Roman Empire.

God said that He is going to gather all nations together against Jerusalem, Israel, and then He will fight against them like He did in the day of battle and end sin on earth.

And the Roman Empire is the key leader in this endeavor which has extended to all Caucasian led nations, and nations taken over by Caucasians like America and Canada.

But there is a reason why they want to come together and cause all nations to come together as one.

And that is because they are following the new age movement interpretation of the Bible and religions that is based on the occult and evolution and they are still evolving and there is no personal God.

And they believe the New Age Christ will not help them to evolve and have peace on earth until the nations come together as one to try to achieve peace on earth.

That is why they took prayer out of school and started teaching evolution although they will say it is because of a different reason.

Sell all your worldly goods and prepare for the end. Grab a large cardboard sign, 'The End is Here', and stand on the street corner. How many times have we heard this sad story about the 'end is near', how many times?

There were false prophets predicting the first time Christ came, it is the same thing over again. You would think people would learn.

I agree with most of this. I just don't think the world will be split into 10 sections. "10 kings" more likely refers to 10 kingdoms or 10 states headed by 10 political leaders. Dan 7 indicates the Antichrist will have to defeat 3 of these "kings" in order to assume control of what I believe will be Europe.

Otherwise, we agree for the most part. The "New Age" Messiah will be a man that appeals to Man's wish to live independent of God's word. And the decline of spirituality in Europe has been happening for centuries now. And it is intensifying both there and in the American Continents. Russia has long gone completely rogue. The pagan world is already in love with neo-paganism.

Jesus was concerned that we not try to anticipate the times and the seasons. Rather, we should focus on what God is telling us to do today.

But he did not say that future events could not be anticipated. He clearly anticipated the coming Roman invasion of Jerusalem in 70 AD, though he did not get any more specific than state it would be in that particular generation.

None of this has a thing to do with predicting when precisely things would happen--only that they would happen. Daniel and Revelation gave us these signs, and we should take them seriously. They help us to prepare for the worst, and hope for the best. They help us to operate in the real world, and not in some fantasy world of our own concoction.

I did not set up a prophetic calendar, but only state what I think Daniel's prophecy means. I'm taking seriously the word of God, while you apparently wish to dismiss it all as a foolish attempt to predict the future?

Jesus said that we should not anticipate any *false Messiahs* before his glorious appearance in the sky. That helps us to expose those who are on earth now, claiming to lead people into a false Kingdom of Man's making. None of this has a thing with dismissing all future prophecy, as if future prophecy itself is a "false Messiah!"

If you don't wish to read and believe and understand the future prophecies that are indeed given us in Daniel and in Revelation, that is your choice. But Revelation seems to make its prophecies very important, and they are clearly based on Daniel's prophecies, as well.

When you say there is no Scripture for any of this, I'm boggled. Don't you think Dan 7 and Rev 13 are Scriptures?

Anyone with the least discernment should be able to see that we are in fact very close to the reign of the Antichrist, which is definitely NOT "the end of the world" but the beginning of the end. And it was the kingdom of the Antichrist which was predicted by Daniel when he wrote about the ten horns and the Little Horn (the Man of Sin, the Son of Perdition). At the same time, there must be a third temple in Jerusalem, and plans for its building are already in place.

I totally agree with you, and is what I'm saying. The Bible predicted the "Man of Sin" in Dan 7, and Paul confirms that in 2 Thes 2. The book of Revelation elucidates this even further.

The only thing I question is whether there will be a 3rd temple. I don't think there will be one, though I would agree that the Antichrist will "take his seat in the temple of God.*

What this means is open for debate. I think it refers to Antichrist making a claim to deity, to having a place in God's heavenly temple.

Paul knew the temple of Herod would soon be destroyed. There is nothing in Scripture about building a temple after that, even though previous occasions of the temple being built were described in much detail. The temple mentioned in Rev 11 appears to be symbolic with respect to determining "true worshipers." And throughout the Revelation, the temple is viewed from a heavenly viewpoint.

While randyk and I have our differences in some aspects of our viewpoints, I think I am correct in saying that he (like I do) believes that "the end of the AGE" (not "the end of the WORLD" as you have it)... "the end of the AGE"... is followed by the promised and prophesied earthly Millennial Kingdom age (aka "the age [singular] to come") which commences upon Christ's RETURN to the earth Rev19, commonly called "His Second Coming"

[and note Rev19:15b's "future tense [for G4165 - https://biblehub.com/text/revelation/19-15.htm ]" even from that point in the chronology]

Understanding come only from the insight given by the Holy Spirit. It has little to do with nouns, verbs, tenses , modifiers, definitions etc.
There are no words, no sound, yet it is speaks clearly to all who believe. I studied linguistics and literature at the U of Il., and I am able to attest in truth to my post. My own understanding camae with the indwelling of the HOly Spirit, and there can be no substitute
None of this takes away from what you or others believe or how you personally understand, however no individual's slant on learning by the Holy Spirit is paramount, only that particualr given to each according to his or her needs. Only God knows which is appropriate for each..

What do you think?
really great read brother thanks for taking the time to post.

and think they would and will eventually Be the instrument of Satan that controls those ten other kingdoms of which ten three will fall leaving an 8 nation union with China who in ancient times was a great powerful kingdom then became as dead starvation and all it struggles after World War Two and now they are back again ready and wanting to rule the world .

They already have roots in several nations and majority controls the un and w.h.o. Thier running out of resources right now also making the. More desperate .

I really feel strongly that if anything is going to happen in our time China has to be a major player. Because they are about to emerge as the clear power on earth and they are very anti Christian and they exalt xi in Jesus place over there

if you consider thier ties with North Korea , Russia , Iran , Iraq, Syria through Russia , lebenon , several African countries now struggling with and now Afghanistan coming soon they already have several nations depending on them for aid and protection.

Alliances set against all the western ideas of religion and China knows how to use Islam to destroy nations also they e been doing it for a time now as well as Russia. I think the religion of Islam is going to okay a role as well if it’s soon just based on the rapid spread across the world of Islam and also terror.

good read brother

There IS one thing we can know about it.

God operates by patterns, God always follows the pattern he has set up. God prophesied the first four feasts and they happened on the day the feast prophesying them was celebrated, but God did not tell them what year it would happen. If God would have chosen 2021 for the day of the trumpets it would have happened on the evening of September 7.

Dan 7:7 After this I saw in the night visions, and behold a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly; and it had great iron teeth: it devoured and brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with the feet of it: and it was diverse from all the beasts that were before it; and it had ten horns.
Dan 7:8 I considered the horns, and, behold, there came up among them another little horn, before whom there were three of the first horns plucked up by the roots: and, behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of man, and a mouth speaking great things.

The Roman Empire and the 10 horns is the world split in to 10 sections with a leader in each section.

The antichrist plucks up 3 sections of the world which is mainly in the Arab nations for they rebelled against the operation of the world at that time where nothing could be taught or preached but the new age movement.

All nations will come together but the Roman Empire has the dominion.

Dan 7:23 Thus he said, The fourth beast shall be the fourth kingdom upon earth, which shall be diverse from all kingdoms, and shall devour the whole earth, and shall tread it down, and break it in pieces.

The fourth beast the Roman Empire covers the whole world for they devour the whole world so the 10 horns cover the world.

Dan 7:12 As concerning the rest of the beasts, they had their dominion taken away: yet their lives were prolonged for a season and time.

Dan 2:34 Thou sawest till that a stone was cut out without hands, which smote the image upon his feet that were of iron and clay, and brake them to pieces.
Dan 2:35 Then was the iron, the clay, the brass, the silver, and the gold, broken to pieces together, and became like the chaff of the summer threshingfloors; and the wind carried them away, that no place was found for them: and the stone that smote the image became a great mountain, and filled the whole earth.

The image of a man in Daniel 2 is the same as Daniel 7 bur referred to as in metals.

The 10 horns is the same as the 10 toes.

The first 3 beasts will never have physical dominion again and the Roman Empire does not lose her dominion until Jesus puts them down.

Babylon, Medo-Persia, Greece, and the Roman Empire has not fallen yet for as long as their ways are still on earth they have not fallen, and all 4 do not fall until Jesus puts down the dominion of the 10 horns that cover the earth.

And they all show up at the beast kingdom.

Which Babylon represents human religion, the occult, and the kingdom of man.

Medo-Persia represents physical cruelty in war.

Greece represents human wisdom.

The Roman Empire represents pushing for power, territory.

Rev 17:12 And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast.
Rev 17:13 These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast.

Rev 13:7 And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.

The 10 horns cover the earth so it is the world split in to ten sections with a leader in each section.

The 10 sections give their power to the beast and he gets control of the world because the 10 horns cover the whole earth.
