Do you believe Christ died for our sins as the gospel of your salvation ?

1Co 15:3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;
1Co 15:4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:

For you to be saved you must believe this gospel alone for salvation.

Eph 1:13 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,

The apostle Paul received this gospel from Christ

Gal 1:11 But I certify you, brethren, that the gospel which was preached of me is not after man.
Gal 1:12 For I neither received it of man, neither was I taught it, but by the revelation of Jesus Christ.

2Co_5:10 For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.

2Th 1:8 In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ:
2Th 1:9 Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power;

Hi Hann57, glad you decided to join in the conversations here at CC:) You are sort of preaching to the choir here but Scripture is always appreciated. God bless you and your family!

Preaching to the choir? What exactly does that mean. I know many people who think they are saved. When I ask them what gospel they have believed, they tell me a man made gospel. The apostle Paul warned about believing another Gospel, or receiving another spirit or another Jesus. It was rampant then as it is today. So you too aught to examine what gospel you are trusting for your salvation. There are many preaching another gospel today.

The mods (moderators) here check the boards and also respond to members who are reporting anybody advocating unsound doctrine. They do not allow 'man made' doctrine here. As for me, I do examine the gospel weekly in my Bible studies, based on the Holy Bible.

I don't care what you study. The scriptures does not say study the Bible. You don't even know what translation to use. NKJV. AMP. NIV. All are corrupt translations of the scriptures. I say this again If you have not believed the gospel given to Paul by Christ you are lost.
You are dead, you are under the wrath of God. You are been deceived by Men and Satan. This is not my opinions here. Its what I read. The King James Bible only. Paul only. I got saved by believing the gospel given to Paul. The same applies to every soul on this planet.
Either your saved or lost. Only two peoples on the planet. I have showed you.

You would like to add? If you add to the gospel you have believed in vain. That means you have not been saved.

1Co 15:2 By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.

You need to believe the gospel Paul received from Christ.

I can see that you are a new member so welcome and may our lord Jesus bless you and keep you. Jesus who died for our sins can mean so many different things to people and stir up deep emotional responces. There are many reasons that Jesus Died for our sins and all reasons must be known befor one becomes qualified to preach the Gospel or share the whole Gospel. The whole Gospel which is more than the gospel you have shared.
The whole Gospel is not one page.. If your hurt and offended over something then tell us and we will try to help you.

Yes, Lord Jesus died for our sins. But there is vastly more to salvation than forgiveness of sins. If that's all you know, I encourage you to seek "the knowledge of the truth", which is the victorious Christian life.

Yes. Don't take away from the Word of God and don't add to the World of God..

You are making more more than one statements for me to address in one post.

First. Christ died for our sins. The gospel does not say Jesus died for our sins. 1 Corinthians 15:3,4.
Second. The scriptures does not give " many reasons" "Jesus" died for our sins. The gospel says that Christ died for our sins. We are sinners under God's wrath. Here is one good reason to get saved :
2Th 1:8 In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ:
2Th 1:9 Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power;
That was a good reason for me. You need to believe the gospel given to Paul by Christ.
Thirdly. All believers preach the gospel because they want to tell others how to be saved, we don't need to be "qualified" to preach.
2Ti_4:2 Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.
Forth. The gospel is written by Paul who received it by Christ. 1 Corinthians 15:3,4. According to the scriptures. That is the text it is in.
There it is the whole gospel within the text. Paul wrote in down.

1Co 15:1 Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand;
I declare unto you THE GOSPEL Read it yourself. Its on the page. verse 3,4. Christ died for our sins...

We see the gospel clearly laid out by Jesus.

So you got that wrong.

We see the Word of God clearly saying Jesus died for the whole world.

So you got that wrong also.

The lord will lead those who he wants to lead. and the lord will speak thorough those who he wants to speak. as for preaching you do need to be apointed and anointed by God which is a qualification its called being spirit lead and part of preaching the gospel.. In some countries tho people are a law unto them selfs and freedom of speech become freedom of im right and your wrong. in other countries some churches prefer it if you have a college level of training befor you can preach in church to the public and you must be ordained by a senior person in church to do so in other countries.. however if you want to preach on youtube and the internet your free to do so.. but this may not mean your preaching may be of God or spirit lead as the devil is deceiving the whole world and can appear as an angel of light... then theres the wolves who come in sheeps clothing..
