It is sad, but I am not trying to convince anybody, just discussing the verses. It is about my biblestudy, not about converting others, not about arguing. I would wish however, that some nicks stopped goading and spamming, making christian forums such a mess as the secular ones.
In all fairness, the adopted children of the Most High were called Christians, but as for adopting that name, true, there is nothing saying so as far as I have always been given to understand.
Perhaps if one studies Paull's explanation of what a true Jew is it will be clear. Allwho love and praise God are the true Jews. Many say they are Jews but they are a congregation of Satan.

no denomination is correct completely most likely because they carry with them the teachings of men (doctrines). but wherever truth is found in each denomination -- then there it is.
Correct in the teachings, and is what I study. I have yet to find perversion of scripture there. This is not the case in lutheran and catholic practice. Lying on Jesus and God, and rewriting what he meant, that is a big no for me, and I reject it. You do for yourself, not telling you that you must think like me. As my previous comment stated, you are an individual, you make up your own mind.

I told you the gospel at first. If you refuse to obey it, then this is going no where . Debating will not get you saved.

If you denying gods word, then you are not mor then a false teacher. I mean, what is your goal? To please God? How you can please God if you ignore His Word?
I bless Abraham for doing what was neceswsary to hear the Gospel first. He is our spiritual forefather while the true Abraham or Honored Father of the nations, is God.

You are ignoring Gods word. You disobey the gospel of Christ. This is my last contact with you.

The Greek Orthodox and the Churches founded by Paul, Luke & Timothy are not the same. In fact they Claim to have been founded by Mark. They seem to be quite similar to the RCC and seem to like to adorn themselves with robes, vestments and other things that seem quite out of place for a new testament church. I've got it, Pharasee's. It was Idoltry.
Neither were the epistles called Corinthians, Ephesians, Galatians, Romans, Thessalonians, or Titus...
which were all written by Paul. So why are you quoting them and telling us to read them???

I'm Mennonite/Anabaptist. We don't believe in Orthoxy at all. No Vatican, No Central committee, No robes or crosses, no man made rules or doctrines. Scripture only. Scripture proves scripture. Every Pastor is responsible to God and his congregation only. No outside oversight. We choose our pastors with God's help. They aren't sent to us. In General we don't vote for President. We don't follow Kings or Popes either.
