mom not sure about the vaccine honestly I’m not opposed to it at all but I am very opposed to a mandate and the way they are trying to force it on people.
my reasons aren’t spiritual or anything but I have two very sick parents one with multiple schluerosis and several other issues like diabetes and various things . And another parent who has had serious heart surgeries , has had a fib , a heart attack , diabetes , and various other smaller issues
one parent chose to get vaccinated the other has chosen not to because of his heart issues knowing the vaccine can cause enlarging of the heart itch could be fatal for him with his a fib .
I’m healthy so to get vaccinated or not makes no difference to me but I have a serious issue with our current administration in America making this a war between free people who make free choices many of whom have health issues and injecting a drug that was hastily created , not given the trials and time of usually four to eight years to be approved by the fda
I have a lot of questions also about its effectiveness most I know have been vaccinated , and several have been re infected with very severe symptoms . While those I know who haven’t been vaccinated have either not had it or had it with very mild symptoms
I think ultimately there are a lot of people who have no trust in the government or public health folks because everything in America is political and when that happens everything becomes suspect
it should be as always a personal choice and natural immunity needs to be taken into account as well . If someone doesn’t want the vaccine they should wear a mask around others but no one should be forced to take an unproven vaccine that indeed has side effects and in the future could have many more we just don’t actually know yet
This is really a horrible and disturbing post.
Who are YOU to determine what is and what is not good for your neighbor?
Suppose you turned them in, they got the shot, and they die from the vaccine?
Didn’t you in fact hate your neighbor?
Your job is to spread the Gospel to your neighbor. Not decide THEIR Heath decisions.

the ONLY thing that defines an actual Christian is their faith in Christ and in HIS triumph over death on our behalf
your opinions and your decisions or your thinking do not define believers nor does your judgement of how a Christian should behave according to all your little facts lined up and marching to the world systems
millions of people have not been saved from being disabled and killed. it may not be millions yet, but thousands have been permanently disabled and some have died because of this experiment being conducted on a world wide basis
the FDA has lied to the entire population of the United States and anyone with 2 brain cells to rub together should do some research on how a vaccine actual is determined to be 'safe' and how long it takes to come to that conclusion and the ardorous road to get there

Well...A couple of things about this...
1.
I was reading a few news articles, and please correct me if I'm wrong, but the vaccine mandate is for businesses, not individual citizens. It would seem the administration knows that to mandate citizens get shots of an experimental vaccine would infringe on their civil liberties and so they're skirting around it by forcing businesses of 100 employees or more to require them for employment else the business will be fined.
The government hasn't mandated the citizen get vaccinated but strongly encourages it. Now they're trying to force a situation where citizens make the choice or suffer financially. That means getting vaccinated (or not) isn't a matter of obeying the government.
2.
There are two Greek words of interest:
a) hupo-tasso - “submit” or “be subject;" lit. "to arrange stuff respectfully in an orderly manner underneath".
b) hupo-kouo - "obey" (as with a parent & child; master & servant).
Both words are used in scripture, but the word used in Romans 13 with regard to government is hupo-tasso. So Paul is instructing to be orderly and proper subjects under governing authorities, i.e. do not be an insurrectionist. Do not be a rabble-rouser like Barabas and storm the capit.. (...wait....
), but be an honorable citizen wherever you live. This doesn't mean one can't personally protest decisions of government...it means to do everything in decency and in order under your government as an upstanding citizen.Daniel protested the king's decree (because it would've forced him to dishonor the Almighty) and so submitted to the king's consequences peacefully. He did not cause an uprising to try to topple the king but was at all times a stellar subject even in protest and under punishment. This is the character and nature Paul is instructing believers to have.

Where I live, just one percent of hospitalised patients have full vaccination. There is no mention of underlying causes that may make people more susceptible. The sad fact is that some people believe what they want to believe and truth and facts come a long way second. That Christians should be so prone to fall for lies is a tragedy. It means that they can easily fall for every lie that is floating around. Some fear 5G for absolutely no reason, some fall for the flat earth foolishness when it is demonstrably false. They prefer to listen to the father of lies than to love the truth. If they persist, God will cause them to believe lies. That will disqualify them from participation in the Kingdom of God. And it is all so unnecessary.
I was briefly in the COVID ward last year in our local hospital. It was before the Delta outbreak. It was pretty much deserted, more staff than patients. Delta is changing that as it is far more infectious. Australia has 25 million people, give or take. The UK has 67 million. Around 1100 Australians have died from COVID. Australia's restrictions have been hard. If we'd gone down the UK's track, we could easily have 40 or 50 k dead. I prefer the way Australia has gone about it.
