So the whole chocolate covered bacon has been a big thing recently (in the USA)
They even sell it already made and packaged for you.
I saw it in my local grocery store one time it was over $5 and there were only 3 pieces .......
I said "no thanks!" If I ever get a craving for chocolate and bacon together I will make it myself.

Also had bacon covered donuts for sale. I did try one of those............. wasn't impressed.

Another thing is chocolate covered potato chips.

Never had the desire to try those either.

I have 10 siblings, 9 of which are living at home. They all LOVE muffins, but I found them so hard to make because all healthy muffin recipes make only about 12 muffins (definitely NOT enough for my family!). So, I came up with my own recipe, and all my siblings fell in love with it. I thought I'd share it, so, here it is!

Ingredients:
1 1/3 cup mashed bananas (about 3 medium)
2 eggs
1 1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup oil (any kind works)
2/3 cup honey
3 cups whole wheat flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
5 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. allspice (optional)
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 cup cocoa
Optional: add 3/4 cup chocolate chips, raisins, or your favourite nuts

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375F and prepare muffin pans (you will need enough for about 30 muffins). Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. In a separate bowl, combine eggs, milk, oil, honey, and mashed bananas. Form a well in your flour mixture. Add wet ingredients and mix until just moistened. Spoon into muffin cups until about 3/4 full. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Enjoy!

Did some chocolate covered pretzels once sans bacon bits. I'm gonna pass on that bag of Lays. Well, maybe not. Nah.

Between 24-30, depending on how much batter you put into each muffin cup.
