I am asking for Biblical evidence that "Saturday" is the Sabbath. This is evidence that the seventh day is the Sabbath. Not the same thing at all.
Exodus 16:29 Bear in mind that the Lord has given you the Sabbath; that is why on the sixth day he gives you bread for two days. Everyone is to stay where they are on the seventh day; no one is to go out.”
Once again this is referring to the seventh day, that is the seventh day from the New moon. That has nothing to do with Saturday.
Exodus 35:2 For six days, work is to be done, but the seventh day shall be your holy day, a day of sabbath rest to the Lord. Whoever does any work on it is to be put to death.
No, you have not shown that Saturday is the Sabbath.

Seriously! Are you really that clueless? We are using the Gregorian calendar based on a 365 day year. The Jewish calendar is a lunar calendar based on 12 months that were 30 days based on the Lunar cycle. We have a leap year every 4 years of one day. The Jews have a leap month. How can you be condemning others for not keeping the Sabbath when you are completely clueless about what day the Sabbath is? The New Moon, the first quarter the full moon, and the third quarter are closely aligned to the Sabbaths every single month.
These names for our calendar is based on Roman Gods and Caesars. August = Augustus, July = Julius, etc. Monday = Moon day, Sunday = Sun day, Saturday = Saturn's day. Saturn depicts satan. Are you seriously telling others they need to keep Satan's day?

But this was in the context of a holy month. In that same chapter you quoted, it advocates for a Saturday or seventh day Sabbath.
"For six days work may be done, but on the seventh day there is a sabbath of complete rest, a holy convocation. You shall not do any work; it is a sabbath to the LORD in all your dwellings." Leviticus 23:3
And as I have mentioned, many verses support this claim. Jewish people today still observe the Sabbath (they refer to it as Shabbat)
In the New Testament we don't keep the Sabbath day, we don't keep the day after the Sabbath day, we keep the Lord's day and Paul said it is "whatever day". He understood that by using the Roman calendar we no longer had sabbath day, so he called it "whatever day".
