You're kind of losing me with this whole repopulate part.
After the time of God's wrath, the Lord will return to the earth to end the age. At that time He will establish His millennial kingdom (literal thousand years) on this present earth. All of the wicked who are still alive when the Lord returns to the earth to end the age will be killed. Those saints who make it alive through the entire tribulation, will enter into the millennial kingdom in their mortal bodies and will repopulate the earth along with the remnant of Israel. Otherwise, there would be no people on the earth during that thousand year period.

And as for the tribulation period, I think it's been ongoing for centuries. So there are no saints that suffer through it and make it out alive at the end. I think the tribulation is the slow decay and apostacy of the churches and world religions. There are passages and scriptures that give me this impression. But, I really don't think these end times and millennialism stuff is in my head. I don't get it. I don't understand it.
The tribulation period, is a specific time of God's wrath, which will take place leading up to the Lord's return to the earth to end the age. It will be the fulfillment of "The Day of the Lord." It will also be an unprecedented time of events of wrath that will decimate the population of the earth and dismantle all human government in a short seven year period.

If you continue to study, the Lord will reveal it to you. If you have any questions at all I am always happy to respond with scripture.

* The beast and the false prophet are thrown alive into the lake of fire (Rev.19:20)

I'll just leave this here...

Matthew 22:30
30For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven.
You are correct in that those who are resurrected and are changed and caught up do not marry. However, those great tribulation saints who make it through the tribulation alive, will still be in their mortal bodies, which I addressed in the previous post and who along with Israel will repopulate the earth during the millennium. Please reread my post and you will see that I specified this.

I don't understand it as you explain in this particular way.

What are we reading nonstop from the prophets in the old testament that kept saying wrath, wrath, wrath? All this was ongoing. All the talk about the desolate places. The cities. The high places, all desolate. The doleful creatures dwelling in them. If Daniel, Job and Noah were in them, they would only save their own souls alive. Flee the cities, come to the wilderness. The voice crying in the wilderness. Get out of her. All these warnings. Come to my mountain. Come to the wilderness, water will be abundant there.

And on and on and on. None of that sounds like what you are describing. All of it sounds like the gathering of saints and getting them out of the cities (churches/organized apostate religious centers) that are being prepared for destruction.

I admit I don't understand it, but sometimes things have to strike you as true. And this physical, repopulating scenario doesn't make sense to me. It's not a spiritual existence if we are still in our physical broken bodies. What if I'm 80 years old when this happens? I don't want to live for 1000 years in an 80 year old body. I mean, that's just a typical, earthly human response to the possibility of looking at 1000 years in an old broken down body. What if you're younger, like 15. You will never grow up. What if you're 30 with an infant. It will never grow up. I don't get this physical, human existence. It doesn't sound spiritual or right to me.

But, who knows, maybe it will all be revealed to me.

Just be ready for the rapture and everything will work out wonderfully!:) We will go up to Heaven together and receive brand new glorified bodies and be clothed in clean white raiment and attend a nice wedding and come back down to Earth with Jesus for 1000 years of peace on earth. Only those who are not born again will go into the Tribulation instead of being raptured. It's all in 1 Thessalonians 4 and Revelations 19.

Don't let any man or devil deceive you into thinking it is complicated. Jesus wants all of us to understand.

The rapture happens at the second coming when Christ is in the clouds of the Earth. He has literal left heaven and come to the Earth. He doesn't have to set a foot on the Earth for the second coming to have happened. He will even fight at Armageddon in the air. It is not until after the battle that he will set foot on the Earth.
Man , you have scripture mixed up, that is totally and utterly wrong. Scripture clearly says He will set foot on the mount of olives when he returns , thats the second coming not the rapture.
Rapture ( blessed hope ) is when Jesus comes FOR his church ( saints, born again christians , the elect, bride, dead in Christ, etc ). In the second coming Jesus returns WITH his church 7 years later. No confusion easy to understand.

No, you are the one who has scripture mixed up, that is totally and utterly wrong.

The rapture happens at the second coming:

1Th 4:13 But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope.
1Th 4:14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.

Context is the second coming.

1Th 4:15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.

Context is the second coming.

1Th 4:16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:

This is the second coming and the resurrection of the dead in Christ.

1Th 4:17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up (Harpazo) together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

This is the rapture and it happens after the second coming of Christ which only happens once the great tribulation has ended. The Greek word for rapture is harpazo and that's the term used by Paul in verse 17.

Yes, and we are 'harpazo'ed 7 years before the Second Coming. Study Revelation 19 along with 1 Thessalonian 4. They agree and mesh perfectly. It is ok to learn and grow. We love you, brother.

Yes its the rapture , you finally got something partly right and no it does not occur during the second coming which happens after the great tribulation ( 7 years, Daniels 70th week ). Also where does it say in scripture that Paul spoke Greek ? FYI The original scriptures were written in Hebrew not Greek

No your being willfully ignorant as Paul said
That is correct. Those who continue to promote false teachings are being willfully ignorant (if not willfully blind also). It is simply bizarre to suggest that the Resurrection/Rapture is at the Second Coming of Christ.

Scripture tells us that the rapture is at the second coming. It is complicatedly bizarre to suggest that the Resurrection/Rapture is not at the Second Coming of Christ. Read it for yourself:

1Th 4:13 But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope.
1Th 4:14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.(second coming reference)
1Th 4:15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord (second coming reference) shall not prevent them which are asleep.
1Th 4:16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven (second coming reference) with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: (the resurrection of the dead in Christ)
1Th 4:17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. (the rapture)

The resurrection only happens at the second coming and the second coming can only happen after the trib has ended, and since the verses tell us the rapture happens AFTER the resurrection and second coming means these verses decisively prove the rapture is post-trib not pre-trib.

It's that simple.

Christ also spoke of the rapture but used the wording of saints being gathered together, and no surprise, placed it after the end of the Great Tribulation.

Mat 24:29 Immediately after the tribulation (great tribulation has ended) of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:
Mat 24:30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming (second coming reference) in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.
Mat 24:31 And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect (*another way to speak of the Rapture) from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

*(also see 2nd Thessalonians 2:1 for the same language regarding the Rapture)

Timing of the gathering/rapturing is exactly the same in these two passages. In both we have saved Christians being moved from one place to another and in both that happens after the tribulation has ended and when the second coming has commenced.

Remember let Scripture interpret Scripture.
1 Corinthians 2:10-13
King James Version (KJV)

10 But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.
11 For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God.
12 Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.

13 Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the

Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.
1 Corinthians 14:3
King James Version (KJV)
3 But he that prophesieth speaketh unto men to edification, and exhortation, and comfort.
1 Corinthians 14:29-33
King James Version (KJV)

29 Let the prophets speak two or three, and let the other judge.

30 If any thing be revealed to another that sitteth by, let the first hold his peace.
31 For ye may all prophesy one by one, that all may learn, and all may be comforted.
32 And the spirits of the prophets are subject to the prophets.
33 For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.
Acts 17:11
King James Version (KJV)
11 These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all
