That's not the issue. Were you taught by the Holy Spirit to believe that all this is true (vs all the pseudo-science and false religions in the world)?
I probably wouldn't word it like that . I would go to the verses which say what the Holy Spirit does . How the scriptures are to be understood and such.Such as
“All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:”

Your question reveals your misunderstanding of the issue that the OP is addressing.
There is no misunderstanding whatsoever. Given the fact that the Bible is the Word of God, whatever it states is direct teaching from God the Holy Spirit. It is a living Word (Heb 4:12,13), not a textbook of theology. And as the Bible says "Faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God" (Rom 10:17).

While I understand where you're coming from with your OP, your underlying motivation is unclear. What is the point you are trying to make? How does fussing over this nuance of language help anyone?

It depends how you view the Bible. If you view the bible as the inerrant word of God for purposes of instructing and counselling us on truth, then yes, the Bible "teaches."

Beware of teachers and pastors. God teaches us individually, one on one. He does not use another to do it.

Psa 119:135 Make thy face to shine upon thy servant; and teach me thy statutes.

Psa 119:18 Open thou mine eyes, that I may behold wondrous things out of thy law.

Psa 119:99 I have more understanding than all my teachers: for thy testimonies are my meditation.

Psa 119:100 I understand more than the ancients, because I keep thy precepts.

FYI one who has been to many churches is one who is being tossed to fro with everything. it is called a rebel and is rebellion and an unruly and unteachable spirit. Most likely they had to ask you to leave instead of throwing you out.
A. I didn’t say I’ve been a member of many churches.

B. I’ve visited many churches that I had friends or family that were members of these churches.

C. I grew up Southern Baptist and had the frequent pleasure of listening to Southern Baptists disagree about major Biblical topics within different churches.

Because literally the bible says what it means and means what it says . When someone says the bible teaches us in Ephesians, chapter..verse ...this is a loaded phrase . The bible is not like a cookery book or a car manual. I believe its misleading to say " this verse teaches the doctrine of ...." Because in context ' Its ' not teaching, its ' saying ' something in context . Pick any passage and you.ll see its not ' teaching ' ,but rather its saying something. ' Doctrines 'blind folks , because what happens is passages get linked to " This teaches the doctrine of election " here Paul is teaching the doctrines of grace ' , Jesus taught freewill in verse such and such ' .

Matthew 6:9-13 9"This, then, is how you should pray: "'Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, 10your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. 11Give us today our daily bread. 12And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. 13And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one.'

Yes this verse is when Jesus taught those Jewish diciples how to pray " Our Father ...." ect . So we have a verse which says how those Jewish diciples ought to pray and in what manner .
What's your point?

Is it enough to state that Faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God" (Rom 10:17) ? I believe its enough to say " Paul says in Rom 10:17 that Faith .... " Or " the bible says in Rom 10.17 ,that Faith ...."

Is it ok to say " . Given the fact that the Bible is the Word of God, whatever it states/ says is from God the Holy Spirit. Or its what the Holy Spirit inspired the authors to write ( As in , the bible is from God ). ?

Next time someone says " such and such passage , teaches the doctrine of such and such " ,check if its at the cost of what the verses actually say .

To each of thoses verse i would state " in Psa 119:100 it says ......"
Which would be different than if I said Psa 119:100 teaches ...."

You were called on your ignorance and you said

"The fact is the bible doesn't ' teach ' ,but rather it SAYS".

Now you realize how much and you're trying to flip the script. LOL.
