They are available to all Believers and distributed by the Holy Spirit, according to His will.

“But one and the same Spirit works all these things, distributing to each one individually as He wills.”
1 Corinthians 12:11​

If I had to choose ONE gift it would be The gift of FAITH. This gift of the Holy Spirit grows as we walk with the Lord. You are saved by faith. The gift of faith is knowing full well that you cannot accomplish something on your own, but that Lord has empowered you to move into new levels to do miracles and wonders in His name.

Chapter 12-14 is a CORRECTIVE unit of Scripture because the people in the church were using tongues incorrectly then just as the church is today.

No , but the pentecostal/ charismatic teaching about speaking in tongues is.

In the 2nd century, in the almost churches the gift signs where not existing anymore.
That why the montanism ( as the pentecostal movement today) was seen first as from God.
Of course we will not come to an agreement.
But I do not attacing you personal for your believe.
Till today you could not show me that the pentecostal teaching Was taught anywhere in the NT ore churchhistory to Christians.
And even Paul taught, that speaking in tongues is not given to every believer. What is in opposit to the teaching that speaking in tongues is a sign that someone is filled/powered/ baptised with the Holy Spirit.
