Nobody likes a snitch, but if you don't mind being labeled as one go for it. With the High school that i went to snitching could actually get you jumped or killed if you told on or messed with the wrong kids who were gang members. In my opinion i would just leave it alone and be cool about it same as your other post about graffiti in the bathroom.

if it sets of the fire alarm then thats pretty stupid of them to do it there. It can. But since you not the janitor its not your responsiblity.
If someone was raping someone in the bathroom then yes. If theres a dead body the sure.
But thing is dont go looking for bad news to report when you not even a reporter.
Go looking for miracles instead. Thats what more people need to witness...Jesus.

Why are you so concerned with what others are doing?
Tend to your own business, that's what you do. Leave others to their garbage and it will be their own undoing. Unless they are causing eminent harm to someone.
I’m just concerned if there’s any form of obligation on my part to tell an authority and maybe they’d be able to help them out,
I’m not trying to poke my nose around or anything haha.
Not a teen anymore lol but I would complain to an authority if you think its safe to say that enough people have witnessed them that it cant be pinned on you. Thats just me though, and you may not even want to do that if you're dealing with people who might be okay with hurting you. Some things I would let go of, but vaping - like smoking - affects all the people who have to go into that bathroom.

an obligation? From whom? Who is putting these obligations on you? You mean are the school rules telling you there is an obligation to report people vaping? Maybe best to check with them?

But then again there’s that “Sabbath was made for man” and not the other way around argument, and maybe I had figured it’d be better to check with fellow Christians first
I also used to use vape in the bathroom when I was in high school. But at that time, I didn't pay attention to the quality of refills. I only now understand how serious it is. I can tell you that Liquids of dubious origin are a significant problem. Odd manufacturers, wishing to make a good profit on ignorant consumers, buy the lowest-quality ingredients and prepare mixtures in unsuitable conditions, harming our health. Stick to reputable brands or mix your liquid - but that's what we'll talk about in the following article. The most important thing is not to forget to shake the liquid from time to time.
Back in the day when I was in high school you were allowed to smoke outside in the courtyard. I would just simply forget about it and move forward.
At least it is not smoking. Ignore it, have friendly conversations with those students in hope of witnessing to them.
My Smoking Joke could be told to them.

if you are a young woman and have not had a young man confused in your restroom or shower area be thankful.
It is not your job to police the vaping of others. But you can 1. leave when you are done with your personal business, 2. say no if they offer, 3, speak to your school counselor of much need attention in the restroom at this time and leave it at that.
People smoke weed all the time in the bathrooms in my school. Honestly I would say to just go about your day.
