We agree, the Non-Literal 1,000 years is taking place (Presently) in the Lord's spiritual realm of no time, as he rules presently from the right hand of the father, from the throne of David in his kingdom.
Those seen in Rev 20:1-6 are in this spiritual realm of no literal time, one day is a thousand years
There is one future time of the resurrection of "All" John 5:28-29, this takes place on the (Last Day) John 6:39-40
At this time (Two) resurrections will take place, (The First Resurrection) to eternal life, (The Second Resurrection) to eternal damnation (Second Death)
The righteous are blessed to be in this (First Resurrection) where the (Second Death) to the lake of fire has no power over them
John 5:28-29KJV
28 Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice,
29 And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation.
Revelation 20:6KJV
6 Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.
Yes but see it tells us who is on the resurrection just before
“And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years. But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection. Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.”
Revelation 20:4-6 KJV
see there that resurrection has happened and then in the end there is the second resurrection after the thousand years of both the righteous and wicked
“And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them. And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.”
Revelation 20:11-12, 15 KJV
this resurrection those of the first have no part in this is the one we face , the final judgement the martyrs and saints are already in the kingdom already have been resurrected so the second has no part with them they can’t be placed in the lake of fire they already died and rose from death .
They reign 1000 years ( whatever measure of time that represents on earth ) in the kingdom in sion in heaven but while they are reigning earth is in the opposite state
I would say the reign began here right after Jesus was taken to the throne
“And I heard a loud voice saying
in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ:
for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night. And
they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.
Therefore
rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them.
Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.”
Revelation 12:10-12 KJV
my view is the reign of the saints is in heaven and already occurring again for however long it happens I don’t know . But I believe they are already in the kingdom with Christ serving in the temple and that’s what the thousand year reign is about those who are in the kingdom from when Christ was seated until he returns
those who reign in the heavenly Zion with him during this span of time
“And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight. And while they looked stedfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel; Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.”
Acts 1:9-11 KJV
I believe that’s the time frame for the reign in heaven and the second resurrection is the last one. I think the order is made known regarding the first fruits they wouldn’t be resurrected at the end but before
“But
now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the firstfruits of them that slept. ( past tense )
For as in Adam all die, even so
in Christ shall all be made alive.
But every man in his own order:
Christ the firstfruits;
afterward they that are Christ's at his coming.”
1 Corinthians 15:20, 22-23
There are two resurrections mentioned the first one removes them from the second and they reign with Christ before the second . It’s the saints and martyrs ot saints and early martyrs who are celebrating in the kingdom and who rose after Jesus the bodies of many holy saints that rose , they are also resurrected already being part of the first resurrection and not having to wait until the last day when both the righteous and wicked will rose together for judgement
There’s the first resurrection or believers
“Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation;
but is passed from death unto life.
Or the second in the end
Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which
all that are in the graves shall hear his voice, And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation.”
John 5:24, 28-29 KJV
we don’t have to be judged in the end we can accept judgement now and live when our body dies we can go on to the lords kingdom to await the restoration of our body in the end
the second resurrection is for those who didn’t respond and repent they are going to be judged according to thier work d not according to the mercy of the gospel they rejected which is the book of life
