I know that I'm REALLY tired when I start slurring my speech. Not at that stage now, but I have been in the past.
In regard to knowing one's self, I'm firmly convinced that my sleeping problems aren't the least bit physical.
In a very real sense, I'm my own worst enemy, but, then again, "enemy" is too harsh of a word.
I simply try to do too much, especially in relation to trying to help others, and that simply doesn't afford me much time to sleep.
Speaking of sleep, I had the weirdest dream last night.
I was walking with someone (God only knows who) in this grassy area, and then I heard a bunch of people start yelling at me (I thought I was in the BDF for a moment...lol). Turns out that I was walking on a golf course, right near a putting green, and Tiger Woods was attempting to make a putt.
Next thing I knew, Tiger stepped off the green, dropped a golf ball on the grass only a few feet in front of me, and pulled out an iron with which he was going to hit the ball right in my direction. He then smiled, and...
wait for it....
Started throwing a basketball back and forth with me.
What the...?
Anyhow, I never claimed to be normal...whether while I'm awake or asleep...lol.
