I have and its a beautiful place and hard to imagine so much tragedy took place there but its a great historical site to reliveExcuse me-

Yes a very rough time in our history but we need to remember that also
300 or less men from Maine held little round to against the confederacy, holding the Union together, a united -United States of America was able to contribute to the victory over the devils Hitler in WW2 and the recreation of the nation of Israel, leading to these end of the end times.

The greatest generation my grandfather always said that, Not sure if it was true but he sure did enjoy saying it lol
enjoyable to hear. I worked for a gentleman here who was in his 90's on the 70's he recalled how some of the veterans would still wear a bit of the uniform when they came to town, the jacket, the het, and we had an active Grand Army of the Republic chapter in town.

I just received an email from Amazon in which they not only offered me a job, but also a "$1,500 bonus just for being a part of our team".
Yep, this is the same Amazon who sent me three different emails just a few days ago in which they told me that they aren't paying me the monies that they owe me for last month's sales.
You can't make this stuff up...

They'll pay me, if they have any sense whatsoever, even as they paid me last month after telling me four different times that they weren't going to.

As I've mentioned here before, they normally email me my remittance forms on the 20th of the month, and then my monies get directly deposited into my bank account on the 29th of the month.
Let's see if I get my remittance forms on the 20th or not...

The more that I think about it, the more that I'm contemplating never doing any sort of buying on Amazon again.
Even when I worked directly for them, they were corrupt to the bone.
I worked for them for 9 months, and then I called out of work ONE DAY, and they fired me.
When I applied for unemployment, they appealed, and I had to attend a hearing before some sort of claims judge.
The representative from Amazon who showed up lied through his teeth repeatedly at the hearing.
He went so far as to bring a print out of all the PAID TIME OFF THAT I HAD TAKEN (personal days, etc.) while pretending that they were days when I just didn't show up for work.
I won my case, and they told me that I could never work for them again.
Since then, they've sent me dozens of emails begging me to work for them again.
I'm telling you, they're nuts.

On a happier note, when my son and I were at the Mall earlier today, a young guy, probably in his early twenties, approached us and started preaching the gospel to us like a house on fire. I didn't say anything, and then he noticed the Christian-themed facemask that i was wearing. After that, we chatted together about the Lord for a bit.
I'll tell you this much...
He knew his stuff, and he definitely got an A+ where being unashamed of the gospel is concerned.
It was actually quite refreshing to see...

My dad sells products on amazon, should I be concerned? There's probably a difference between selling products on amazon vs. working directly for them, but still. And I made designs for some of his products..

That depends on how he sells on Amazon.
If he's selling his own products on Amazon, then he's probably okay.
In my case, I sold through "Merch by Amazon" which is a Print On Demand site. In other words, I provided them with designs that could be printed on shirts, hoodies, throw pillows, and cell phone covers, and if someone ordered anything, then they did the printing, shipping, and handled all monetary transactions, and then I got a percent of all sales each month. I definitely wouldn't recommend selling on this particular platform, even though I was making good money, and rapidly heading towards making even more money. As far as I can tell, they're criminals on that platform...literally.
