What do you say to those trying to justify sin by making the blanket statement that men had to have changed the bible over time?-)

The Pharisees changed scripture, giving their interpretation of scripture as scripture. Today's church has changed scripture: One person saying God cancelled the law and another saying God did not cancel His law. One speaks for saved persons to have a will not to sin, another saying that all work is not for the Lord, but work is only trying to be justified by that work. All these people say they are led by the Holy Spirit, yet we know the Holy Spirit never disagrees with God, and Christians are disagreeing for both sides can't be truth.
And so we are to be found workmen worthy of their hire so we are not ashamed before God at our ignorance of his word

It is sad, for they then use edumacation to try and remove words like homosexuality, through great expositions of people pulling all the variations upon the words into play....so say’s i, are you really understanding the nature and personality of the one you claim to be under as a christian and saying you follow Jesus way more so than Paul? And do you understand the Trinity and that you have three different personalities/people/roles in one? And so even if you can remove homosexual from the bible through these left leaning sources? You can’t take Jesus away from the Father and Spirit. That means your loving Jesus was right there raining down fire and brimstone on the sodimites of sodom and gomorrah.

In reality
They do not want to see
Or listen
So its time to shake the dust from your shoes and walk away
They love the Dark
Let them be in the dark
Many are called
But few are chosen

Sigh, yes....have you ever pondered upon how many souls you try to share the love of your life with and the freedoms to be had in this world of bondage from within him!? and realize you sweet drops of loving cares expressed to them, may well one day be used in judgement against them? It is a bittersweet thing by times.

It just came to me, if not one jot or tittle is going to be changed of the word before the world passes away? And all the curses in the word as claimed by Jesus in Revelation, will be added upon anyone who goes about changing any of the word? Then the same has to apply to one claiming through their rage against men who hurt them in the past and so therefore the deceivers that men are, and haters of their homosexual babies must have changed the words in the bible in the past to take the love, love, love they want in their hearts to protect their children in their choices through Jesus.....another great sigh, no, i am sorry but you, mother are headed for hell’s fires for fooling with God’s word!

We do not have to tell anyone that God will punish sin
They know

We just need to BE Christians
Humble, kind, honest, and loving
Never co-signing evil
But being in the world but not of it

He does so through his word.
Ephesians 2:8-9 8. For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith-and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God- 9. not by works, so that no one can boast.
Works would be the action of our reading and so claiming we have understood and accepted the truth in it. No, it is a supernatural gift of the light switch being turned on for us to be able to comprehend.

Ezekiel 3:21
However, if you have warned the righteous man that the righteous should not sin and he does not sin, he shall surely live because he took warning; and you have delivered yourself.”

Ezekiel 3:20
Again, when a righteous man turns away from his righteousness and commits iniquity, and I place an obstacle before him, he will die; since you have not warned him, he shall die in his sin, and his righteous deeds which he has done shall not be remembered; but his blood I will require at your hand.

1 Thessalonians 5:14
We urge you, brethren, admonish the unruly, encourage the fainthearted, help the weak, be patient with everyone.

2 Thessalonians 3:15
Yet do not regard him as an enemy, but admonish him as a brother.

Titus 3:10
Reject a factious man after a first and second warning,

Romans 15:14
And concerning you, my brethren, I myself also am convinced that you yourselves are full of goodness, filled with all knowledge and able also to admonish one another.

And God does all that through his word. How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in him of whom they have never heard? And how are they to hear without someone preaching? And how are they to preach unless they are sent? As it is written, “How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the good news!” But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Isaiah says, “Lord, who has believed what he has heard from us?” So faith comes from hearing, and hearing through the word of Christ.

The problem is that some are sure they comprehend, yet another person who sincerely believes he comprehends opposes the first person. It shows that with all good intensions, some of us do not understand the Lord.

Paul addresses this when people disagree about the Sabbath in Romans 14:5. Paul concludes that for each, they are listening to the Lord in their own way, and in Romans 14:4 it says: Who are you to judge someone else’s servant? To their own master, servants stand or fall. And they will stand, for the Lord is able to make them stand.

This disagreement was over what day is most important, and Paul concludes that we are to go along with others, to support their faith in the Lord. Paul says our disagreements would put a stumbling block on another's faith. Rom. 14: 13 Therefore let us stop passing judgment on one another. Instead, make up your mind not to put any stumbling block or obstacle in the way of a brother or sister.

Not even the indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit?
Without that, we have nothing.
Without the Bible to compare, claims based on the "indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit" have little meaning outside the mind of the claimant.

The Bible is authoritative on that subject so it isn't a claim.

2 Timothy 3:15-17
15 And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.

16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

17 That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.

Thing is though, there was no Bible at Pentecost. Yes, Peter quoted scripture at his address but they all knew when the Holy Spirit had arrived.
Isn't this our testimony? Those who ask, I point to an exact moment in time when I asked and received the Holy Spirit, it was a significant moment and without it, I'd still be the same person I was.

Without the holy spirit they cannot see spirituality. Ive come across this many times. Ive taken a lesson from paul and peters preaching which is show them history.
Our God has his footsteps deep in this worlds history. That is one of the reasons israel exist.
You can waste your time and dispute translation, interpretation, but you cant change the past.
God has marked and scared this earth with his judgements. Great cities and even nations have been erased never to rise again. Josephus was a very particular historian who was a atheist and only wrote exactly what he saw.
He never disputed devine intervention but actually recorded it.
