Since modern day claims of Holy Spirit Baptisms are intangible and non-physical, how much validity should such claims be given?

Every believer is Holy Spirit baptized into Christ the moment they are saved. The multiple baptisms of the Pentecostal charismatic types are not valid because they are not scriptural.

Welcome to CC...

To whom is the "Our" in your title referring?

Does your mother love you? Even if she tells you, how much validity should such a claim be given, as love is intangible and non-physical?

The "Our" is anyone who hears the claim.
The issue is not just that the claim is intangible and non-physical but the meaning behind "Holy Spirit Baptism". If "true" a Holy Spirit Baptized person has been "approved or validated" by God. Much like at Acts 2 and those at the house of Cornelius. But if the claim is false it would be blasphemy. Much stronger statements then "I love you."

From your response I would assume their claims hold zero validity.

The claims are intangible, or evidence of the truth of such claims?

Jesus said,
"By their fruit you will recognize them."

Here's the verse in context:

Matthew 7:16-20

King James Version

16 Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?
17 Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.
18 A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.
19 Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.
20 Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.

This is meant to validate Holy Spirit Baptism?
I do not think so. He is not the god of confusion.

They source from a bad understanding of scripture. I leave it in Gods hands as to they just do not know any better or they are outright deceivers.

As much as it is literally written in scripture.
Not inserted by human interpretation.
I am not a cessationist, but I believe pentecostalism has it very very very wrong.

Now sure what you mean by "a bad understanding of scripture", most say it just happened regardless of scripture.

Do we recognize the Body of Christ, or not?

Jesus said we could. You seem to deny it.

But they have physical supernatural manifestations of the Holy Spirit to back up their claims. What do you have? Are you not fighting the Holy Spirit if you are against them?

What supernatural manifestations?
And the Lord also warns us of lying signs and wonders as well.
The true measure is what they preach, and what they produce, not signs and wonders, Paul was quite clear about this in his letter to the Corinthians.

I am simply denying your use of the scripture to prove your point. The question is about claims of Holy Spirit Baptism not labeling the fruits of the Spirit.

Can someone have fruits of the Spirit aside from Holy Spirit baptism?

Fruits of the Spirit.....no.
Attributes of the fruits of the Spirit....yes.
So how does recognizing fruit of the Spirit confuse things, exactly?
