Does truth not involve feelings?
Sure it does, but people have been conditioned today to seek an experience instead of truth.
Does truth not involve feelings?
I explained to you waaaay back on the first page that "man" does not appear in the Greek. It is "any"... without a gender implied.WHAT DOES THE SCRITURES ACTUALLY SAY???????????
"If a man desire the office of a bishop, he desireth a good work. 2A bishop then must be blameless, the husband............"!
Game over!
Have you read the articles, or are you just passing judgment in ignorance?Man wisedom instead of Gods word.
Which verse is it that says a man should be the pastor in a church? This has nothing to do with the role of the woman in the church, ore says thst the woman should be Pastor in a church.
Deborah never visited a NT churchJudges 4:4 NIV - "Now Deborah, a prophet, the wife of Lappidoth, was leading Israel at that time."
This seems to potentially shut down the argument that women ought to be silent in Church, nor should women teach a grown man anything about the Gospel . . . Or the Truth. Imagine Deborah, a Prophetess, and the Leader of Israel, being told to cover her head and not to speak. How could this be?! A prophetess is to remain silent even though her voice is not her own, but the voice of the Spirit?
Certainly, I am a nobody, but I'd never tell Deborah to cover her head and to remain silent (anywhere).

You didn't answer the question. The articles are made from man which putting their understanding and view into the text right?
Nor can you show me a verse that forbids a woman from being a pastor in a church, which makes my position just as biblically sound as yours.Word of God is clear! You cant show me in the bible a vers which allowes woman to be a pastor of a church.
Is a man the head of a woman who is not part of his family? No.Well if you have only man and woman. And you point that f.e. man should be the head of the family, then it is clear that woman should not.
If you read about eldest in 1. Tim 3, then you will find that the Adressat are man and not woman. Why, when Paul will express that man and woman can be eldest?
What you mean with double Standards?
By this comment, you are implying that the OT references to women are irrelevant to the discussion, correct? If so, then the OT references to men are equally irrelevant.Deborah never visited a NT church![]()
Yep, sorry for my english. I am german. Is a man the head of a woman who is not part of his family? No.
If you read 1 Timothy 3 in Greek, you will find a shocking absence of references to the male gender, aside from "husband".
Double standards: holding one standard for your position but holding a different standard for my position. For an example, see my previous post to you.
By your grammar and spelling, I take it that English is not your first language. What is, may I ask?

That's a single standard. If references to men were relevant, but those to women were not, it would be a double standard.
