Acts 4:
1 And as they spake unto the people, the priests, and the captain of the temple, and the Sadducees, came upon them,

4 Howbeit many of them which heard the word believed; and the number of the men was about five thousand.
Since Acts 3:26 states that God raised up His Son, Jesus, and sent Him to bless you, in turning away every one of you from his iniquities; and
Acts 4:4 states many of them (not "every one of you" as shown in 3:26), it is clear that God allows mankind to reject Him and yet, God still wants the wicked to turn from their evil ways:
Ezekiel 33:11 Say unto them, As I live, saith the Lord GOD, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked; but that the wicked turn from his way and live: turn ye, turn ye from your evil ways; for why will ye die
And you have been told this truth repeatedly ...

The "every one of you" of Acts 3:26 did not turn. As shown in Acts 4:4, only "many of them" turned and believed.
Those who turned away from their iniquities (the many of Acts 4:4), did not reject the truth spoken by Peter.
There were some who rejected the truth spoken by Peter.
Clearly God allows mankind to reject Him, even though God's desire is that the wicked turn from their evil ways (Ez 33:11) ... and God's desire is that all men be saved and come unto the knowledge of the truth (1 Tim 2:4).
If any turned to the Lord, it was because the Lord turned them. Jer 31:18,19
I have surely heard Ephraim bemoaning himself thus; Thou hast chastised me, and I was chastised, as a bullock unaccustomed to the yoke: turn thou me, and I shall be turned; for thou art the Lord my God.

Conversion work is Gods blessing, we can only be active in conversion after Gods work in us begins.

It's the same, God in Christ turned them by giving them faith and repentance. I already explained that.

Acts 4:4 clearly states many of them heard and believed. Acts 4:4 does not say "God in Christ turned them by giving them faith and repentance".
Many who heard the word believed. The people heard. The people believed. The verse does not state what you claim.

Calvinist hogwash.
Repentance is offered through the preaching of the Gospel, via the working of the Holy Spirit to all who hear it. There are people who will reject this grace.
Scripture is clear that all who are saved are so by the Grace of God, and those who are not are so by the working of their own will.
Arminian hogwash, repentance isnt offered to anyone, but its given to some, the Elect.

Yes repentance is offered to everyone.
