I would be interested in such a study, on one condition: that you don't act like the know-it-all teacher, as you have done in the thread on female leadership in the church.

If all you want to do is tell people (your opinion of) what the text means, I won't bother. That's not studying.
He's looking back to those dying in Sodom like Lot's Wife -
Luke 17:32 Remember Lot's Wife.

Considering the Millennial and the events mentioned that occur just prior to it how do you view https://biblehub.com/interlinear/revelation/19-21.htm and https://biblehub.com/interlinear/revelation/13-15.htm do you see them as fulfilled spiritually or do you see those who don't worship the beast image as though they will be literally killed? In Rev. 19:21 if they are already spiritually dead because of receiving the mark, name worshiping the image ect. are they literally killed also?
Again, I do not accept the millennial views. If you want to know how I view the book, you will simply have to follow the study.

It's called Abominable - when Jesus already paid the price for sin:
Ever notice those that have their part in the Lake of Fire? -
But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.

sounds like a lot of christians out there.
There is no condemnation for those in Christ Jesus :)

God "owns the cattle on a thousand hills" too, what about the 1001 hill? -
nothing metaphorical about the number 1000 in the Bible. Not.
According to Psalm 24:1 KJV: “The earth is the Lord's, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.”

Then what I suggest is that you offer to teach a study on Revelation. I, for one, come here to discuss, not to told what to believe. ;)
I am offering a study in the books of Daniel and Revelation for those who are interested. You are welcome to follow along or not. It is up to you.

Out of curiosity, does this forum offer the option of closed group studies?

According to Psalm 24:1 KJV: “The earth is the Lord's, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.”
Psalm 50:10 For every beast of the forest is mine, and the cattle upon a thousand hills.

Which is why taking the number 1000 in the Bible literally is for unspiritual minds.

That could be set up via PM, with the creator of said PM inviting people in :)

Though there may be a cap on the number of members allowed per PM, like maybe 20 or so?

I can't even sign up for PM.

Every time that I've tried, it won't allow me to.

I was thinking of offering it on private messenger and opening it up to anyone who wants to follow along. Subject of course to the approval of the mods.

There is no condemnation for those in Christ Jesus :)
Romans 8:1 There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

Don't ya love it when you discover the whole verse after others take it out of context?

You can be invited to a PM and then participate...

Since the platform change of May 2018, new members
need to be paid subscribers in order to initaite a PM.

Under the old system, PMs were free to everyone ;)

It won't allow me to be a paid subscriber. That's what I meant to say.

Approval of the mods? No free thought - what if your spirituality exceeds the 'mods' and your understanding of the oracles make "their eyes consume away in their sockets"?

I am just curious. If anyone here had an opportunity to examine the book of Revelation from a non-millenialistic approach, would anyone be interested in such a study?
That would be like trying to nullify the book of Revelation. I'm sure you did not have that in mind, but that is exactly what the outcome will be.

So as usual no questions will be tolerated just you teaching us neophytes....

That is not the point. The mods may not approve a study via PM for internal reasons.

Sounds like you have the full grasp of Revelation then -
Tell me, why do those that try to teach Revelation ignore 1:3 and 22:10 "THESE THINGS ARE AT HAND"?

Of course questions will be asked. I just do not want the study to descend into an all-out brawl that accomplishes nothing for anyone. I simply ask for the participants to conduct themselves in a professional manner. I certainly do not think this will be a problem for you. In the event of a sharp disagreement on a particular point, I would be perfectly willing to discuss the matter one-on-one on another thread. It could be a point that I have never considered and I may have to rethink the matter. It happens.
