L
Well, Amazon just emailed me with their same non-answer.
I quote:
"Hello from Amazon Selling Partner Support,
Thank you for your inquiry regarding your Merch by Amazon account. After further review, we have determined that your account was correctly terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service. Your account will not be reinstated and no further payments will be made on this account.
If you would like to appeal this decision, please contact: https://merch.amazon.com/resource/201969850.
Your message should include any relevant information pertaining to your account status and/or past policy violations.
Please let us know how we did.
Were you satisfied with the support provided?"
To which I just replied:
"Are you serious?
Why do you keep on giving me this same exact NON-answer?
Again, how in the world am I supposed to appeal a violation when you won't even tell me what the alleged violation was?
Quite frankly, it seems as if you are doing something illegal and just trying to steal monies that are rightfully due to me.
I've enjoyed working with Merch by Amazon in the past, and I therefore wouldn't want to do anything to damage that relationship, but you're pretty much forcing me to turn this situation either over to my lawyer or to the Media because you're basically stealing my money and not even offering an explanation as to why you're doing it.
I'm going to ask you this one last time to tell me exactly why my account has been terminated.
In other words, what EXACTLY was my violation.
Even if there was a violation of which I'm genuinely presently unaware (because you keep skirting my question), then how does that allow you to steal monies from me which weren't related to that specific violation?
Seriously, I'm not a contentious type of person, but I'm not going to just sit by idly while you steal monies that are due to me.
Amazon already collected their portion of my sales, and now you're trying to take mine as well.
Tell me what THE EXACT VIOLATIONS were.
You're only adding insult to injury with your evasive non-answers which make it look like there is literally criminal intent on Amazon's part."
To be continued...
