If they are ready to harvest, I'd have to know where they are. Since they are white, I do not know what they are, but because of Mat 9, I assume the crops are believers like sheep without a shepherd.
Mat 13 tells you that the harvest is the end of the age. So in this case I'm confused in the dilemma. Does it mean it's been the end of the age since the Jesus time?
Since, in Japan, probably less than 2% of total population is Christian, it's hard to find such a person as the crowds (Mat 9:36)... :c
Hey Pumpkinbread
It’s a blessing to meet you😊
When the word ‘white’ is used it means ‘ready’. I find that when I walk in the Spirit, when I read Bible, pray, proclaim the Lord’s death with bread & wine, have fellowship with other believers regularly meeting, listen to good Bible teaching, and when I pray for these souls ... I have seen the Holy Spirit bring opportunities as I have my feet ready with the Gospel of peace, with truth belted around my waist.
When I read what you said here, it made me think of when harvesting in a field, the crop would come up easily when pulled, if it’s READY; so we are on the look-out, trying to seek out the lost, giving tracts, looking for opportunities but I know from experience that when we are ready and willing He uses us and we will see the fruit in our hand. All glory to Him.
Thank you so much for what you have said, it has reminded me to BE READY, with my shoes on!!
Time for me to pray about this, and re-focus👌
God bless you abundantly and lead you as you seek Him.
May you be baptised in His Spirit and led by His Spirit, may you be full of His Spirit and bear much fruit receiving a great reward from Him, for he who saves souls is wise.
Also Matthew 13 is not talking about the same harvest. It is talking about the end of the age and the harvesters being the angels, whereas Matt 9 is talking about workers (God’s people) being sent out to gather in His people.
It really is a blessing to meet you 🤗X
