Refilling is good because then you lose count of the numbers of cups you've had.

In reality I actually only have one, maybe two cups of coffee per day. My body does not seem to be able to handle any more. Donuts I rarely have but I do like them. I tend to eat more on the healthy side.

I only eat donuts about once a year. And I don't drink coffee. :D And I haven't eaten pancakes in a long time either. :LOL:
 
Good morning friends
We had such a blessed time at the coast this weekend. The weather was great and God was good to us. Gandy jnr ended up with a bit of a sunburn but it was worth it :)
