When a born again Christian man is tempted to watch porn, and the Holy Spirit is pleading with him to pray for strength, go for a walk, do WHATEVER to resist the devil...and the man refuses to listen and continues surfing the web, that is telling the Holy Spirit to get lost, right or wrong?
Yep

you are so powerful you can resist, the Holy spirit just tells you, he does not help you

this just proves you do not understand.

when the Hs tell you to love your brother, and you keep resisting and mocking and belittling him, are you not telling the HS to get lost? You can’t have it both ways man, it’s called hypocrisy, which are exactly what the pharisees did, and that angered the lord,

"If any man abideth not in Me, he is cast forth as a branch to the fire.

To whom is Jesus speaking? Christians.
What warning does he give them? To continuously abide in Him or be cast into the fire.
Would Jesus bother to warn us if there were no consequences to begin with? No, if you believe in the Bible, but Yes, if you believe in OSAS ;)
Good luck my friend

when you meet Jesus and realize you did not meet his qualifications, you will have no one to blame but yourself

Wrong in my opinion.

the Only people who would tell the spirit to get lost are those who never experienced his love and his power. As John said, “they were never of us”
My view if it were possible for a believer to say such and I’m not really sure to be honest.

If someone is married and not listening to their spouse in the moment, that is not telling them to get lost. Get lost implies I don’t want to be in relationship with you anymore leave this house.

If salvation is conditional
1. is is of works not grace
2. man CAN boast of meeting the condition
3. it is not a gift, it is a reward, or a wage.
4. it is not unmerited favor (grace) it is merited favor (works)

no two ways about it, as paul said, if it is of grace it is not of works otherwise grace is no longer grace,l
Does God require anything from us before He loves us? No, therefore His love is unconditional.

Does God require anything from us before He will save us? Yes, it's called "belief". Therefore, His salvation is most certainly conditional.

Are you a Universalist? Because they are the all-time greatest proponents of salvation being unconditional - everybody is going to eventually make it to the party, right?

right before the return of Christ, where the love of many shall grow cold in the last days, but he who endured until the end (the day christ returns) shall be saved (physically) you legalists love to twist this to be speaking of eternal salvation which that is not the context of what Jesus was speaking of.
You Licensees always add to Scripture, like adding the word "physical" to detract from the obvious point of the passage which is "spiritual" salvation.
nice try though. If you think he is speaking of eternal salvation, so be it’s yu will find out one day
Yes, we're told over and over to not be concerned if "worms destroy this body" and to "not fear them which can destroy the body but not the soul" and to not worry if we our bodies suffer and die "for My sake"...but here in Matthew 24:13 KJV God's suddenly concerned with the welfare of a physical body? Do you not know Jesus can just blink and there'll be bodies everywhere for the dead saints? No friend, the challenge for God since time immemorial is not preservation or replacement of a physical body, but to convince us to give up and surrender and let Him save us eternally.

But, alas, what else can you do but cling to this inconsistent nonsense, because to admit the obvious would require abandonment of OSAS.

No actually you are speaking like the jews said, not jesus
Jesus said whoever breaks His commandments and teaches others to do it is regarded by those in heaven as "the least", while those who do and teach are "great". Sounds like me and Jesus are on the same team.

As for you...you don't even realize OSAS was preached by false prophets in the days of Ezekiel and God condemned it as much back then as He does today:

13:22 Because with lies ye (false prophets) have made the heart of the righteous sad, whom I have not made sad; and strengthened the hands of the wicked, that he should not return from his wicked way, by promising him life:
13:23 Therefore ye shall see no more vanity, nor divine divinations: for I will deliver My people out of your hand: and ye shall know that I [am] the LORD.

Yes, OSAS condemns the righteous who preach Jesus must be both our Savior from sin and our Lord we must obey...while promising eternal life to those who want Jesus as Savior but cringe at the thought of having to obey His commandments as their Lord.

They were never of us, if they were of us, they would have stayed,

the apostle Johns words,
Again, John is specifically speaking of "antichrists" who were not of them, but only desired to "take the place" of Christ in authority, privilege, honor, etc. These men were the forerunners of the Papacy, which since 538 B.C. has claimed to "take the place of Christ".

it is the work of God we believe in him

We are saved by grace through faith

Faith is not a work. thus is it not earning salvation to have faith

Nice try, But you failed.

Your the one pumping your chest telling everyone how righteous you are. and calling out sinners.

Thats what the pharisee did.

what is an Antichrist.

he who denies jesus is the christ ie a non believer, ie one who lives in sin.

how do we know?

Because John also said he who lives in sin has never seen God.. A true believe can not live in sin, because they are born of God

You need to brush up on your john

Let's see what the Bible says about who loves and who hates:

19:17 Thou shalt not hate thy brother in thine heart: thou shalt in any wise rebuke thy neighbour, and not suffer sin upon him.
19:18 Thou shalt not avenge, nor bear any grudge against the children of thy people, but thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself: I [am] the LORD.

See? Those who sound the warning are the ones who love the guilty, while those who comfort them with lies like OSAS hate them to death, right or wrong?

Jesus said the surprised ones He asks to depart from His presence will be "workers of iniquity" which OSAS promotes - the disregard of God's law.

Those who strive to obey God out of love will do just fine because Jesus will make up for any deficiencies :)

OK, perhaps I should have said, "Look, Holy Spirit, please leave me alone while I surf this porn and drive some fresh nails into the hands and feet of Jesus, OK?"

What is the Holy Spirit's reaction to that?

Porn is often an addiction. Addiction is hard to stop. One does not always just snap out of it. Much of the time, it takes hard work to overcome.

Someone who truly loves Jesus may struggle with sin but doesn’t say mess like that to the Spirit.

I'll make it easy for you: If the condition which must be met in order to receive salvation is that we "believe", then is salvation conditional or unconditional?

Yes, but thankfully we "can do all things through Christ Which strengthens" all of us, right? :)

My favorite preacher used to say, "No one is going to hell because of sin...for we have All sinned. People are going to hell because provision was made for their salvation and they refused to take advantage of it."
