Pretty sure John was specifically referring to antichrists, not sinners in general...unless you’re going to argue that all sinners are antichrists.
Furthermore, you keep insisting that the Servant received “chastisement” only after mistreating his fellow servant...but it was exactly the same punishment as before - was that first one “chastisement” or was it full on condemnation for which he begged forgiveness?

the mere fact you think a person would even think of walking away from heaven just proves to me maybe you have never experience Gods love
thise of us who have, we would be ever even consider it an option.
works based salvationists are all about performance , so to them, if one is behaving correctly , then they are right with God, and if they are not, then they are falling away.
they have little understanding ( or at times care about) faith based salvation..
I genuinely believe a Christian born of the spirit would desire to walk away.
They may struggle with sin, they may even wander off the level path become a sheep.
Sheep are herd animals. They do not tend to wander off but they can do.
It can be bacause they are in pain.
One thing I know is that a sheep on its own is a frightened sheep and it bleats.
Jesus went to look for the lost sheep because it was alone yet he left the 99 behind.
The reason being they were part of the herd and safe
So Jesus brings that sheep back on his shoulders when he finds him and he finds him because the sheep is bleating.
My guess is that the sheep does not run away but let's Jesus rescue him.
As a person with emotional pain who struggles with addictions and has wandered away I was frightened he would reject me. I was always bleating "Jesus please help me I need you"
I'm still here, never had the desire to walk away and he has always sought me and carried me back to safety.
I think wandering off (due to the allurements of satan) and desiring to walk away are two different things. We may wander into a barren land and be unfruitful but the Shepherd of that sheep will successfully find him/her.

But I see no where in Scripture where a born again person would desire to walk away...

God is a Perfect Gentleman. He doesn't force anyone to remain in a relationship with Him against their will.
I'm pretty sure that's EXACTLY what I told you, right? He's talking about those who came into the church and apostatized, which if you open your eyes is exactly what church history demonstrates. Did not Paul warn that grievous wolves would come in and not spare the flock? Didn't John warn the purest church of all to stay away from idols because he foresaw the papacy dragging statutes inside? Did not Paul tell the Thess. that a great apostasy would precede the rise of the papal Antichrist? These antichrists "went out from us" meaning they ceased from the truth and began teaching and preaching lies to the flock.

You're right, no one's ever experienced the love of God and chosen to walk away...
...except for 1/3 of heaven's angelic host who, unlike us, knew of God's love more perfectly than any of us will ever this side of the Second Advent.

Here is Romans 5:10 again...
Romans 5:10 For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.
This is a 'much more' comparison. He reconciled us as enemies, how much more we will be saved now that we are reconciled.
It really isn't rocket science, and only a pretzel maker can twist it to say something else.
Don't you see that your question is IRRELVANT because reconciliation is not the divorce-proof set of handcuffs that you want it to be?
