17 Think not that I have come to destroy the law or the prophets: I came not to destroy, but to fulfill.

The Bible is a collection of God Spirit filled God and guided writers spanning for over 1500 years. Some people try to use this as an argument along with they are mortal men who have the same calicoes as us. How do we know that the inspired Word is totally of God? Scripture supports itself and by the Grace of God if it is Bia wills your eyes be open your about to see just the tip of the iceberg that should be common knowledge but isn’t.

These writing start with the Books of Moses known as the Torah or what Christians call the Old Testament. Which is Part of the Bible. Which I think we can all agree, regardless of speculated writing dates , the books of Mosses come before the gospel writings about the Christ like Matthew, Mark and so on. What some people don’t realize is how much the Old Testament points to and for shadows the writings and prophecies of the New Testament.
What you are about to see is just a fraction of what the Bible holds for those who have God open their eyes through His Holy Spirit. You too can have this. I am no one special, I was just lucky enough to find and fall I love with Him. He is the love of my life. Which allows me to love everyone the way Jesus asked us. Because He and His love is inside of me. Praise be to God.

Let’s start with Leviticus from the laws of Moses. Proof that Christ did what he said, I have not come to destroy the law and the prophets, I come not to destroy, but fulfill.
Lev 16:5
5And he shall take from the congregation of the people of Israel two male goats for a sin offering

7Then he shall take the two goats and set them before the LORD at the entrance of the tent of meeting. 8And Aaron shall cast lots over the two goats, one lot for the LORD and the other lot for Azazel.a 9And Aaron shall present the goat on which the lot fell for the LORD and use it as a sin offering, 10but the goat on which the lot fell for Azazel shall be presented alive before the LORD to make atonement over it, that it may be sent away into the wilderness to Azazel.

Note: So we see for the Leviticus law the sin offering required two male goats chosen from the flock of Israel. Then the chief priest is to cast a lot between them to allow God to to choose which goat will be the sin offering. That means it will be sacrificed to cleans Israel of Her Sins as written. The other goat is then released into the wilderness. Does this ring a bell yet? Well let’s see if The New Testament book of Matthew helps?

15Now at the feast the governor was accustomed to release for the crowd any one prisoner whom they wanted. 16And they had then a notorious prisoner called Barabbas. 17So when they had gathered, Pilate said to them, “Whom do you want me to release for you: Barabbas, or Jesus who is called Christ?” 18For he knew that it was out of envy that they had delivered him up. 19Besides, while he was sitting on the judgment seat, his wife sent word to him, “Have nothing to do with that righteous man, for I have suffered much because of him today in a dream.” 20Now the chief priests and the elders persuaded the crowd to ask for Barabbas and destroy Jesus. 21The governor again said to them, “Which of the two do you want me to release for you?” And they said, “Barabbas.” 22Pilate said to them, “Then what shall I do with Jesus who is called Christ?” They all said, “Let him be crucified!” 23And he said, “Why? Note: Here in Matthew we see the same exact pattern. Only now it is Two men stand before the Chief priests, and lot is cast as they work the crowd to ask for Barabbas to be set free. It is a vote. The Chief priest did not realize he was fulfilling his role to cast the lot to identify the sin offering for the people of Israel. Only this was the final sin offering.

Now there is even more to this and things get deeper, but I think this is a good start. For all of you who say scripture isn’t real. Explain to me how books written so far apart cooperate the narrative. How Words so perfectly hide in plain site, as only God can do, the truth. Jesus was and is the Messiah and Lamb of the one true God. Who was, and is, and is to come, praise be to God.

I thought I would add this little bit for you to look at and see what else you might find. This is Leviticus a little further down talking about a specific time when they are to perform a specific ritual. You will have to know that the Hebrew m calendar stats and stops differently then the Roman one we follow today. I know some of you know this. I am trying to get people to read and research. Look at the wording of what it does to whom and for whom? Who is the stranger? The law was fulfilled as Christ prophesied. Al glory to God almighty! How about them Adam’s apples?

29“And it shall be a statute to you forever that in the seventh month, on the tenth day of the month, you shall afflict yourselvesb and shall do no work, either the native or the stranger who sojourns among you. 30For on this day shall atonement be made for you to cleanse you. You shall be clean before the LORD from all your sins. 31It is a Sabbath of solemn rest to you, and you shall afflict yourselves; it is a statute forever. 32And the priest who is anointed and consecrated as priest in his father’s place shall make atonement, wearing the holy linen garments. 33He shall make atonement for the holy sanctuary, and he shall make atonement for the tent of meeting and for the altar, and he shall make atonement for the priests and for all the people of the assembly. 34And this shall be a statute forever for you, that atonement may be made for the people of Israel once in the year because of all their sins.” And Aaronc did as the LORD commanded Moses.

Easter is traditionally celebrated on the first Sunday following the full Moon — officially called "Paschal Full Moon" — that lands on or just after the spring equinox. While the date of Easter is always in flux, the Christian Church calendars state that the spring equinox always falls on March 21, whether that's scientifically correct or not (the date of the equinox varies between March 19 and March 22). This year, for example, the first full Moon after the spring equinox won't happen until April 7, which means Easter falls on the following Sunday, April 12. If the first full moon falls on a Sunday, Easter is celebrated the following Sunday.
The "tent of meeting" is another name used for the Jewish tabernacle that was built as a place of worship for the people of Israel during their 40-year wilderness journey after leaving Egypt ("tabernacle" means tent). The design or pattern for this tent of meeting was given to Moses by the Lord on Mount Sinai (Exodus 25—27).

Yes! Yeshua/Jesus Christ is the human fulfillment of ALL the Law of Moses for every believer. In His human body He recorded all the WORKS of the Law that were required of us and His blood takes away ALL our sin of NOT fulfilling the Law. Jesus Christ fulfilled the Law and all that the prophets had spoken about the Messiah.

On the Mt. of Transfiguration Jesus was examined by the Law (Moses) and the prophets (Elijah) to make sure He had fulfilled ALL.......He passed His examination and was transfigured! Hallelujah!

On the cross, He was the Perfect Law and Perfect Messiah! The One and Only Savior of the whole world - there is no other! Amen.

I pray now with all the lies being said and thrown into the wind the sword/word of God come to cut through the lies and darkness so that those that are His shall be encouraged to keep the faith and finish the race and that those who are still searching shall finally periphery find their peace in Him.

The two goats in Lev.16 both represent Christ. The one is killed. One is presented alive, which our sins are confessed over and carried to a place where they are no longer seen.

When Jesus said he fulfilled the Law and the Prophets He was referring to the first five books of the modern canonized Bible.

In the time of Jesus, they would have simply referred to it as the Law (Torah).

Similarly, referring to the Prophets (Tanakh) would mean that someone is talking about the books we known as Isaiah, Jeremiah, Lamentations, Ezekiel, Daniel, Hosea, Joel, Amos, Obadiah, Jonah, Micah, Nahum, Habakkuk, Zephaniah, Haggai, Zechariah, and Malachi.

Jesus was referring to the written word when He said he fulfilled the Law and the Prophets. Therefore, since He fulfilled the Law and Prophets He is the human manifestation of the will of God therefore Jesus is God and also known as the Living Word.

This is how we can become the righteousness of God: by faith in what Christ did for the world. He did everything the law and the prophets said and then became a sin offering once and for all.

I think we are saying the same thing here. Barabbas was they symbol of the people. Jesus was in the position of Chief priest and prayed over all the people (scape goat). Who would have the peoples sins removed far away from them by being set free as Barabbas full of sin was set free.

Tell me what you think brother, I also just got the possible revelation the moment Jesus was on the cross saying forgive them Father for they know not what they do.

That it wasn’t about who was doing what to him at that moment. It was the same symbol as the priest putting his hand on the scape goat speaking of (all the peoples sin) upon it and then removing them far from all people.

The goat that was killed is symbolic of Christ freely offering himself to his Father, despite being sinned against. The abuse he bore was sinful.

We then confess, acknowledge, repent, our wrong done to him (the living one) who takes our sins to an uninhabited land. Uninhabited, because no one can see them anymore.

Jesus fulfilled the law, which only views law breakers as cursed. Only the ignorant see Christ as a curse. The unrepentant religious leaders for instance.

When I think of how he bore the sin of that defamation, it stuns me. Personally, I wouldn't have been able to put up their bs.

Yeah, I wouldn’t use the word attached to say that either. I would say he bore our iniquities, to do that though would require a transfer to him of those things identified. Since he himself never sinned without blemish.

Jesus fulfilled the law by being sinless, and loving people perfect which love is the fulfilling of the law, and being the perfect King, High Priest, Prophet, Saint, and sacrifice.

Jesus did not fulfill the role of perfect King on earth for He came as a humble servant, and this must be fulfilled on earth.

That is the millennial reign when Jesus fulfills the role of perfect King on earth and then heaven and earth shall pass away and there will be a new heaven and earth the New Jerusalem.

Christ wasn't "made sin" he was made to be the sin sacrifice. That's what Paul means and this same thing is used in the OT, "sin" being shorthand version of "sin offering".

Lev 4:29 And he shall lay his hand upon the head of the sin offering, and slay the sin offering in the place of the burnt offering.

God doesn't transfer sin from one person to another. Nor does God punish the innocent in place of the guilty. Jesus bore mankinds sins because contradicting him, lying about him, not believing him, humiliating him, spitting on him, beating him and killing him for a crime he didn't commit IS SIN.

Jesus suffered for us,

Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that ye should follow his steps: 1Pet.2:21

How did Jesus suffer?

Jesus called sinners to repentance and they didn't like it,

the reproaches of them that reproached thee are fallen upon me. Psa.69:9

This was to fulfill what was spoken by the prophet Isaiah: “He took our illnesses and bore our diseases.”

He "bore" mankinds diseases by healing all who came to him,

When the even was come, they brought unto him many that were possessed with devils: and he cast out the spirits with hisword, and healed all that were sick: That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias the prophet, saying, Himself took our infirmities, and bare our sicknesses. Mt.8:16-17

Jesus did a lot more than is recorded in the gospels. A constant barage of people coming to him for healing that probably went on for hours day after day, which may explain why he fell asleep in a boat while a storm was going on. Exhausted.
