Today is my birthday! 55 years old. Only 1 year and 4 months to go till retirement from the Post Office!

Good grief! It seems like only yesterday I was 22 years old and leaving the Navy. Time goes fast! I often joke about from the time I started kindergarten until I graduated from high school, it seems like it took 100 years to go by! I must have watched the clock a lot in school. 
I've been out of high school now going on 36 years and it only feels like about 15 years has gone by since then.

We recall 80% or more of what we experience up to the age of about 5, from then on that ability to recall declines, till at the end it seems a year or a decade just fly by, probably something that happened after the fall for we know when we leave here and cross over we receive complete, full knowledge.
I will still work part time for the next 5-6 years or so doing something I enjoy. My wife and I will spend more time together and with our grandson. More road trips as well.
