Acts 2:38 is speaking of those who have received repented, and affirmed the faith in Baptism Publicly
The point being the Acts 2:38 could not be only to the Jews because it is not only what Peter said. You are ending the context of Acts chapter two at verse 38. It is not only to the jews as said.
You are creating a methodology that is not seen as normative in scripture. 1 Must repent 2. must be baptized but Can receive the Holy Spirit before water baptism or after.
Peter is speaking at the time to the Jews but HE is applying to all as Acts 2:39 says. Again you don't stop at verse 38 when the context and more revelation are being provided. Jesus said in Acts 1:8
“But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.”
This is in line with what we see in Matthew 28 and Mark 16 sent out to all But first to the Jews NOT only. TO ALL. Are you oness?
Peter is not speaking to Gentiles..He doesn't even have that in his mind . Non of the disciples have it in their mind at that time. Peter needs 10 years after Acts 2 to figure it out. With a little help with a vision from heaven. Even then he protests. Its 10 years after Acts 2 before Peter gets the idea

IS wrong Acts 2:38 is also for the Gentiles because Acts 2:39 says so.

You are being legalistic and dogmatic of one verse. YOu see the message in Acts 2 as exclusionary, not a call for all to repent which is the Message of the whole Bible from Genesis to REV.

It says to YOUR children. Who's Children? Peter is not thinking gentiles until ten years after this, and it's God who has to show him by the Cornelius event. The vision ect . Peter and the diciples are not in rebellion . Jesus told them not to go to the gentiles .

read it again and you will see as many as the lord shall call and A FAR Off is speaking of those who are not Jewish and FYI Abraham was not a Jew

again Peter doesn't have to be speaking to gentiles for it to be applicable. Acts 2:38 is to the Jews however as I said the application can be to all as it is said in Acts 2:39 which you said it doesn't you are wrong.
