I do...
I remember how "everyone" who was "anyone" had to have one in the '70's.

And just as a word of caution...them rubber bands can cut off the blood flow to your fingers and cause some nasty bruises if you aren't careful. Not all the purple fingers from making them were solely from the dye.

ouch! I did that once, but it wasn't from a rubber band, or on the fingers....
it was from the string from a bow in gym class in jr high.
We were shooting bow and arrows (loved it, was really good too - I have native american blood in me, and something about it just felt so natural)
Well, I had the arm gaurd they made us wear in place, but my string snapped so hard that ( I dunno how) it slammed into my arm and pushed the gaurd outta place, resulting in a purple and blue arm. Funny thing, after the inital sting it didn't hurt.

Locking your elbow usually is the problem for causing that to happen...or twisting the bow with the heel of your hand inadvertently.

Don't feel alone in having that happen. I've done it too. My dad got me involved with it as a child with a nice recurve.
Nowadays the compound bows are awesome and a piece of cake to pull.

With trigger releases, oversized cams, and carbon fiber arrows they are more accurate and powerful than ever before.
A new compound bow is shooting as powerfully and accurately as a crossbow used to.

Meryl is such a wonderful actress :) Though I did recently start watching a movie with her in it, that I just could not continue. It was totally pushing the whole gay/transgender agenda. I used to not be bothered so much by such, but it has become too politicized :(

I was in bed before eight  And did not get out of bed for good until almost 7 :D

Though I am up and down throughout the night

My best sleep stretch is often just before getting up for good :D

It's quarantine fatigue...

I'm getting it too...so is my wife.

We are just trying to wait patiently for my turn to get vaccinated. (She got hers but immediately broke her foot...but it's healing nicely)

We are losing patience...we want out. I wanna go to work and church and see friends and go to parties once again.

People used to wonder and ask me how I functioned on five hours of sleep a night :giggle:

But it was all I needed for many years, and seemed reasonable enough to me ;)

Three hours is a different story! Especially when you have kids and a household to oversee :geek:

These days I am sleeping about 50% of every day :rolleyes::oops:

I'm still a book addict...
I'm halfway through "The Angel Series" by Lisa Grace.
I've blown through the first two and now got the second half to read. I can honestly recommend this series.

see, that's where the trouble lies......
I have to remind myself that I'm not some young spring chicken anymore without a care in the world
I used to be able to go 2 days with little to no sleep and function decently....
NOW it's a whole other ballgame...... and I'm striking out.

ohhhhh haven't seen those before
Me neither. Then again, I don't get out much:LOL::giggle:

Not to mention the fact that Coke/Coca-Cola just doesn't interest me LOL

FYI: Coca-Cola was named back in 1885 for its two “medicinal” ingredients: extract of coca leaves and kola nuts. Just how much cocaine was originally in the formulation is hard to determine, but the drink undeniably contained some cocaine in its early days. o_O:devilish::geek:
