In case of the removal of the President from office or of his death or resignation, the Vice President shall become President.
Section 2
Whenever there is a vacancy in the office of the Vice President, the President shall nominate a Vice President who shall take office upon confirmation by a majority vote of both Houses of Congress.
The Democrats will use this to remove Biden due to HIS Cognitive issues or the China Russia Hunter Biden crimes. The GOP will be on board with either.
I disagree. I was upset with Pence but please understand the VP is not that powerful. He did not have the full support of the Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell. The Vice President would have been hung out to dry as they are trying to do now to Former POTUS Trump. NOw IF the GOP leaders said WE got your Back and we know they cheated and pushed back on the SCOTUS Trump would still be in office today. This lays at the feet of the GOP. Wimps and cowards..
