I like both.
The various infusions people call tea are often touted as having some health benefit
But the same goes for regular coffee and tea as well. It's good for you, they say! LOL
Story on bread...
I and our team had been travelling all night by bus towards home in Brazilian country roads.
I couldn't sleep as it was bumpy and crammed in the bus...just to be crammed even moreso into a tiny car with 5 others. But the sun was coming up and the pastor driving us had to stop by his office on our way to a luncheon/brunch we were to attend.
I smelled the bread....half asleep, groggy from the lack of it and starving I smelled it calling me like a voice from heaven.
I spoke no portuguese and the guys just standing around talking in the shop spoke no english. But I pantomimed following my nose and finally deduced that what I was smelling they called "sheepa". Which is a horseshoe shaped pao de casia. (Rich brazilian bread made with yucca flour and cheese)
The whole place is focused on me as we try to negotiate getting me some bread and coffee.
Brazil is such a friendly place... and these guys are ALL trying to help with this huge language barrier in place.
Then, I had the bread and coffee and had to go back to the car and cram myself into the others and share my bread and coffee with the 5 in there... except for the one lady whining about not getting anything because she said she didn't want anything from the bakery...but upon actually smelling it changed her mind. We all shared...good thing though...brunch was hours away.

Buffalo tongue, heart or liver cooked over a nice, hot wood fire. Roasted horse, but mule is a wee bit better. Served with a side of roasted ears of corn.
Mmmmm......... Authentic Indian food..........

Ah not that authentic. I mean using fresh spices and making your own curry powder instead of using curry pastes from the jar and premixed spices or watering down things to adapt to other cultures.
Our spices were chili peppers, jalapenos, sage leaves, salt if we could get it and mesquite smoke

I'm talking chili, garam masala, tumeric, corriandar, cumin, cardamon,tamarind etc etc. I have to say I don't like coriander though. Yuk it's too strong.

Oh, I didn't know that. I thought aboriginals were only Aussie too but I think it means native to the country or something if I recall.
