Well I disagree with you 100%. I do not chase shadows. Tackle the root cause of a problem, and the problem will disappear.
The issue is not with the government per se but us Christians especially parents. I do not have the statistics but I will not be surprised to find that majority of those aborting are christians. What about premarital sex, the root cause? I maintain that any body who indulges in premarital sex, whether contracentives are used or not, whether it results in pregnancy or not, is equally at fault. What about very rich christian married men who lure innocent, poor and naive school girls for sex in exchange for help and later dump them when they take in or have satisfied their lusts?. We must protect our girls from these wolves by making sure we bring them up in the way of the Lord by example. Not by correcting them when they are wrong while they are seeing the worst in our own behaviour. How will they believe what we say?
The point is that most Christian parents have neglected their duty to bring up their children in the nurture and admonition of the Lord. They want freedom, they get freedom, forgetting that there are limits to freedom. Even with God, there are boundaries of freedom. Maybe, we should stop blaming the government and go back to the drawing board for inward assessment of our modern day parenting.
We always find lame excuses to cover our shame of dereliction of duty. While we lobby the government for better policies that favour our course, we must also be alive to our responsibilities.
It is a drive by trolling implement.

I think there are very many pictures showing the actual people that were out there at the Capitol on that Wednesday. I think people only believe what they want to believe irrespective of the evidence.
oh well, I read them. My red X shows I do not agree with your opinion. When necessary I will say why. If not necessary, the X subsists. The X actually makes it easier than to continue to argue unnecessarily, maybe for a dumb like me, according to @Runningman !!!!!

That's curious though you see in post#223 I didn't give my opinion, I gave three links and said that people were being arrested in the US.
A red x simply means someone disagrees with you, but much else is often read into it, sometimes rightfully, and sometimes wrongly. Some say they couldn't care less about red x's while objecting to and questioning just about anyone who gives them one.

it does not really bother me if you agree with me or not. I go with the truth exactly the way I see it from an honest and sincere heart. That is what matters.
It's okay actually my friend It just made me curious over the disagreement. My opinion is this though as Christians we might have differences of opinions over things like politics.laws eschatology ect. but if we are bonded together in Christ then we are alright and if we let the friction separate us that's when we loose because were all precious in Christ. Anyway I'm not offended and welcome to CC.
The last few years have been trying (I'm glad Jesus has us),,I hope in the end we are all still brothers and sisters like before this became so polarized. That's the sadness I think that we're becoming bitterly after one another and loosing our patience.
