The Democrats have been abusing their power as representatives in government all through the years of the Trump administration. It has been outrageous abuse of power all along, yet not a single Republican has had the courage to censure or impeach Nancy Pelosi.
Now that she is firmly entrenched as the Speaker of the House again (by a very slim majority, and that too by manipulating the Squad who hate her) she has once again started her nonsensical and dangerous campaign to impeach Donald Trump.
She wants to invoke the 25th Amendment of the US Constitution, when it is clearly not meant for evildoers in government to destroy a president. She and her hyenas failed the first time, and they will fail again the second time (according to legal experts as well as Mitch McConnell, who has the ultimate say in this matter). But that won't stop this Wicked Witch from abusing her power.
However people in general should know that the 25th Amendment applies to a president who is unable to fulfil his responsibilities -- either through mental or physical disability. President Trump is more than capable of fulfilling his presidential duties, and he certainly DID NOT incite violence or rioting as is being falsely claimed by the lying Leftists. Pelosi cannot provide a shred of evidence that the president is "unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office". Yet she is so unhinged and hateful, that she will stop at nothing, perhaps even assassination, to achieve her goal. She has been indulging in the character assassination of Trump all through the last four years.
Here is the exact wording in the Constitution:
Twenty-Fifth Amendment
Twenty-Fifth Amendment Annotated
Section 1
In case of the removal of the President from office or of his death or resignation, the Vice President shall become President.
Section 2
Whenever there is a vacancy in the office of the Vice President, the President shall nominate a Vice President who shall take office upon confirmation by a majority vote of both Houses of Congress.
Section 3
Whenever the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that he is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, and until he transmits to them a written declaration to the contrary, such powers and duties shall be discharged by the Vice President as Acting President.
Section 4
Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.
Thereafter, when the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that no inability exists, he shall resume the powers and duties of his office unless the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive department or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit within four days to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office. Thereupon Congress shall decide the issue, assembling within forty-eight hours for that purpose if not in session.
If the Congress, within twenty-one days after receipt of the latter written declaration, or, if Congress is not in session, within twenty-one days after Congress is required to assemble, determines by two-thirds vote of both Houses that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall continue to discharge the same as Acting President; otherwise, the President shall resume the powers and duties of his office.
And here is what Trump said in part on January 6, and there is nothing here about inciting to violence:
"After this, we’re going to walk down and I’ll be there with you. We’re going to walk down. We’re going to walk down any one you want, but I think right here. We’re going walk down to the Capitol, and we’re going to cheer on our brave senators, and congressmen and women."
...We have come to demand that Congress do the right thing and only count the electors who have been lawfully slated, lawfully slated. I know that everyone here will soon be marching over to the Capitol building to peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard...
So we’re going to, we’re going to walk down Pennsylvania Avenue, I love Pennsylvania Avenue, and we’re going to the Capitol and we’re going to try and give… The Democrats are hopeless. They’re never voting for anything, not even one vote. But we’re going to try and give our Republicans, the weak ones, because the strong ones don’t need any of our help, we’re going to try and give them the kind of pride and boldness that they need to take back our country.
So let’s walk down Pennsylvania Avenue. I want to thank you all. God bless you and God bless America. Thank you all for being here, this is incredible. Thank you very much. Thank you.
