Anyone who supports continuation of tongue talking is actually supporting that kind of activity because that is exactly what happens in churches today who encourage speaking in tongues.

Still marching to your own tune then major ? That is not at all exactly what happens in churches today. Your imagination is as out of order as the poor duped people who are making fools of themselves.

See, we have this thing called 'discernment'. We can tell fakeness and also unfaithfulness. You are exhibiting both by pretending you know all about what every person in every church does and unfaithfulness by denying the gifts of the Holy Spirit you have decided you do not want.

Cessationists love to portray all those who speak in tongues that way. However, they never post videos of their congregation sleeping in church while the letter kills them.

Now WHY would you say that I "PORTRAYED" those videos. The word "PORTRAY" indicates a made up action.

I did not "PORTRAY" anyone my friend. That was a videos of real life people do exactly what they normally do in a church service.

As I said in my very 1st post...."IF you had been in as many Pentecostal church services as I have you would have seen this take place".

You are making a very broad statement. I'm sure this is not what happens in every church. How could you take a few videos and then conclude this is happening in all churches today?

They are found on "YOU TUBE". Not just those but a hundred more.

And as I said in the 1st post......"IF you had been in as many Pentecostal church services as I have, YOU would have seen the very same thing".

And YES......what is seen in those videos is pretty much a universal happening in all the churches that promote speaking in tongues and continuationism.

Nothing like a real life video to bring the truth home is there????????

I've been in many Pentecostal church services and never saw anything like that going on. That is a total scam. So I question the Pentecostal church services you have attended. Maybe you should broaden your perspectives and stop painting everyone with such a broad brush.

1 Corinthians 14 is a corrective chapter written by Paul to "Correct" the misuse of tongues in the church.

Now I notice that you did not post 1 Corinthians 14:34. The CONTEXT of chapter 14 is TONGUES and in verse 34 clearly says...........
"Women should remain silent in the churches. They are not allowed to speak,(IN TONGUES) but must be in submission, as the law says. "

Would you care to comment on that verse?

I believe that you have really been in some churches where faking is going on, but that does not mean this stuff is happening everywhere. "If there is no interpreter, the speaker should keep quiet in the church and speak to himself and to God. "

When I say your imagination, I am referring to the fact you believe that tongues is false and no longer for today. That is not true and not what we find in scripture, hence, your imagination.

Do a search of the forums and you will find probably a few hundred videos of nonsense such as you posted. Do you think you are the first one to try and shock people with that type of thing?

You say you read the Bible. Well others do as well and in fact they study the Bible and do not reach the conclusions that you reach.

No one is upset. Stop with the ad hominem nonsense. It does not make you credible and in fact shows where the real problem lies
