was noah demanded to earn his eternal life by building the ark?I guess Noah didn't need to build that Ark ?
I though you said you did not preach works?

FalseFalse, People Christ died for were reconciled to God while enemies and unbelievers Rom 5:10
His blood, his grace, and his mercy through our faith, wrong based on Christs blood
If works are required then we are saved by works are we not?Everyone has always been saved by faith. In the OT, and in the book of Revelation, people were (and will be) required to demonstrate their faith. In the OT they were required to keep the law. In Revelation it explicitly states that they must "endure to the end". Saul lost the Holy Spirit, and did evil in the sight of the Lord. After David sinned, he prayed to God not to take the Holy Spirit from him.
Throughfaith is right. Christians are sealed with the gift of the Holy Spirit. People in the OT, and people who will be going through the tribulation, were not sealed with the Holy Spirit.
First post, gotta jump in somewhere..![]()
BlahFalse, some were reconciled to God while being enemies and unbelievers Rom 5:10
That verse is a ' reference ' to the lost who are described by those things .Dont make no difference, and i used a passage from the epistles, you dont pay attention
Eternal life is the word Jesus usedCan you define "eternal security"?
We need not pray Davids prayer today. Why ?Because no one was ever promised the HS in the OT, Saul had it yet rejected God, that should show you things were different
david never feared losing salvation, he feared losing the Hs to help him rule Israel,
Because the Hs is given to everyone, unlike the OT when it was never promisedWe need not pray Davids prayer today. Why ?
It doesn't say ' those '. The bible is clear that Jesus died for the whole world .Those Christ died for were reconciled while enemies and unbelievers.
We have a verse today that says the Holy spirit was not given until Jesus was glorified. We have a verse that says we recieve the Holy Spirit unto to day of redemption.Because the Hs is given to everyone, unlike the OT when it was never promised
i know where you going, sorry, does not work
david never feared losing salvation. god called him a man after his own heart. god called him this knowing every sin he would commit. He could be secure in God. That’s why he trusted God
Did he call Saul ?Because the Hs is given to everyone, unlike the OT when it was never promised
i know where you going, sorry, does not work
david never feared losing salvation. god called him a man after his own heart. god called him this knowing every sin he would commit. He could be secure in God. That’s why he trusted God
True, why deny scripture ? Rom 5:10False
people who believe are not condemned
people who are unbelievers are still in a condemned state
It means the same. We were reconciled to God while being enemies, y the Death of His Son !It doesn't say ' those '. The bible is clear that Jesus died for the whole world .
1 John 2:2
“And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world.”
Yep, yet saul and david had the HSWe have a verse today that says the Holy spirit was not given until Jesus was glorified. We have a verse that says we recieve the Holy Spirit unto to day of redemption.
Thats wrong information. Christ only died for His Sheep, the world of the elect from amongst all nations. And Salvation isnt offered to anyone, its freely bestowed up Gods elect.
We wereTrue, why deny scripture ? Rom 5:10
10 For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life
The religion of man doesn't believe that the death of Christ alone results in the Eternal Salvation of all for whom Christ died, namely His Sheep Jn 10:11,15 or His Church Eph 5:25, or His People Matt 1:21.
His death for His people produces saving results Jn 12:32-33 23,24
32 And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me. 33 This he said, signifying what death he should die.
23 And Jesus answered them, saying, The hour is come, that the Son of man should be glorified. 24 Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone: but if it die, it bringeth forth much fruit.
There you are brother. Welcome!Just to be clear: Are you claiming God chooses people to send to hell without any chance for them to be saved? They could literally beg and plead for salvation and God will not hear them?
