Is it there a forum group for Australians like there is for the arabs, Filipinos, and Indians ?
The Arab, Indian and Filipino subforums exist because the site owner felt these small niches needed a special spot of their own. And I suspect felt they may attract more users from those areas.
It seems to have not worked as those are three of the least used forums on the site, and at least half those that do post in them neither live in those regions or seem to even be of the particular heritage.
Don't hold your breath on seeing an expansion of other countries added to the list.

oh ok, well, thought I'd try. And I have noticed there are more guests than members on the forum anyway.

I am happy if there is a forum for Australian so that the prayer and support could be more specifically related to the situation and circumstances that prevails in places where they live and stay

You could create your own Australian prayer and support thread in a forum of your choice.

could that be done in an Australian forum ?
The thing is there is no Australian forum. A thread can be created on any topic but it has to go into one of the existing forums. I have been a member for almost 7 years and have yet to see a new forum created.

I don't believe that's going to happen. There have been countless requests for all types of forums. If all these were actually implemented the threads would be buried with few responses. The site would become unmanageable.

Subforums are purposefully kept to a minimum to keep the site from being bloated. And also to minimize people from segregating.
Having been on sites with a large number of subforums I can say the minimal approach is better. The large sites have so much it's hard to keep track. And very few of those subforums were ever used because there weren't enough people to keep them active.

Was there a reason why you wanted an Australian one?

well there are two others on here, who I don't personally know. I just thought, seeing those other nationalities, maybe some folks from Aus could have their own. No big deal for not having one.
