Hey @Scribe, have there been a lot of other RNA/mRNA vaccines that have been widely administered to people in the past? Or is this the first one?

These are the first mRNA vaccines, Pfizer/BioNTech being the first emergency approved by the FDA but there are more coming, Moderna will probably be next. However mRNA technology was used to cure melanoma cancer in some patients and it has shown promise in cervical cancer. They have been working with the technology since the 90s.
I'm assuming that you don't watch American television because if you did you would see that programming is filled with commercials of class action lawsuits against pharmaceutical companies that are killing and maiming people with FDA APPROVED drugs.

Most of the time the companies settle to avoid long court battles that cost more. People lie. Lawyers lie.
Our litigious society does not discredit the value of Pharmaceuticals to most of us with a normal grasp on reality.
And people are killed and maimed by FDA approved drugs. On another note, why do you think they're pushing the Covid vaccine so hard when Covid has a 95%-99% recovery rate (even with comorbidities included) and a multitude of off the shelve drugs that can treat it?

Because if taken it may save 290 million from death by COVID19 in the USA this next year as a result. Who wants treatment when they can be immune instead. Is this really that complicated?
Who wants to risk SERIOUS side affects or death from an experimental vaccine for an illness that has 95-99 percent recovery rate. Put that muzzle on your face and go back to sleep lol.

Can you explain why you posted a link proving that a claim that a volunteer in the astra zeneca trials died was false and that the volunteer received a placebo to backup a claim you are making about numerous reports about allergic reactions to the Pfizer BioNtech mRNA vaccine being distributed in the UK?
Maybe you made a mistake when you copied and pasted your link.

OK so you changed the topic. This has nothing to do with allergic reactions to the Pfizer mRNA vaccine. But if you want to discuss this claim did you notice your first link said it is not true? That the volunteer did not even get the vaccine, he got the placebo. Which would then make sense why they continued the trials. The vaccine was not the cause. Do you just read headlines and then make your conclusions? Some people do that.
This has nothing to do with allergic reactions to the vaccine being used in the UK right now.

Why is it so hard to believe that the American Government wants to save lives and stamp out COVID-19?
This is a Great and Historical Success you are witnessing in your own lifetime, a vaccine to defeat this crisis brought forth in a year, a major success story that will go down in history as an example of How America won the COVID 19 War of 2020.
By concentrating efforts to remove bottlenecks to the vaccine development, testing, and manufacturing processes.
This is an historical event as great as our efforts to band together to defeat the evil Axis powers in WW2. This time we were attacked by a virus and we focused all of our best experts on fighting the war head on with a vaccine to wipe it out. Money would be no object, we would spend what ever it took, and also remove unnecessary delays in the process of vaccine development, testing and approvals as it has been bogged down with unnecessary delays for decades.
We even poured money into manufacturing plants before the vaccines were even successful knowing that it might be a complete waste of money but knowing that one of them might be successful and we would not lose time building manufacturing plants but have the already producing even while 3rd phase testing was going on. Knowing that we might have to throw the whole batch out if they found a problem in 3rd phase testing. MONEY was never the object. Saving lives of Americans was and is the goal.
Why does every GREAT AMERICAN SUCCESS story have to be turned into a negative spin and conspiracy theory. If you people believe your government is that evil you SHOULD ALL MOVE. Leave it to us Patriots who believe in the integrity and GOOD WILL of our people and our Nation. We will defeat the virus for you and you can complain from afar.
