What do people think on why the three new justices declined to hear the Texas case?

sorry it took a bit, had to type it out in LaTeX to properly write the notation, but i've constructed a proof that there is no 'slowest convergent rate' :

View attachment 223474

so i can always pick an arbitrary n and make any sequence converge arbitrarily slower.

the implied definition of 'most irrational' being used in the bogus things @cv5 scoured the internet for, trying to save face and make his weird insult stick, reduces to 'slowest convergence rate' -- this is essentially what the difference between the actual number & sums of truncated expansions is measuring.
a slow convergence rate is driven by the ration between consecutive terms being close to 1. i've shown that i can take any convergent series and transform it into an equivalent one with a slower rate of convergence, therefore using the silly definition of 'most irrational' i can create an infinite series for any number, rational or not, which converges at an even slower rate than any given convergence rate.

i.e. using this definition i can make any rational number more irrational than any irrational number.
QED it's a poor, unworkable definition.

not that it matters because even without this proof there are infinite multiples of φ having exactly the same convergence rate as the famous 'pretty-when-you-write-it-down' infinite series representation he had copy-pasted, so there's no unique 'slowest-to-converge'

worth noting that for any real number there are an infinite number of infinite sequences that converge to that number. can provide proof if need be, but ya ought to be able to prove that yourself before you go around trying to insult or impress people with oblique references to math.

AMA prints all kinds of things from undergraduate & graduate math students. heck i've been published in it myself, years ago, proving that mathematicians are inherently unfair because the optimal way to slice a pizza for 7 hungry people to share is to actually only slice it into only 6 pieces. so maybe you can see that they don't always have the best rationale or certainly the most accurate article titles.
AMA articles are not above reproach just by virtue of being in an AMA printing -- @cv5 you ought to discard your partiality; according to the Bible it makes you an unjust judge ((James 2:4)). if you want to prove that there is an unique 'most irrational number' you need to do the math. appeals to celebrity or notoriety are worthless when it comes to the establishing of the truth.
Go back to school and relearn geometry from scratch. BTW....the geometry of life itself stands as witness to your profound error. GEOMETRY.

I believe Justice Roberts, who is Chief Justice, is probably in charge of training/mentoring them and has some level of influence over them.

Lolita Express Roberts is owned – and will always do the bidding of his owners. My chagrin is for Kavanaugh as being chased by a left wing lynch mob should be fresh in his mind…

This man is a pathological liar. He doesn't know the difference between truth and lies. He lies practically every word that comes out of his mouth. And he had a pattern that I think is straight out of a psychology textbook. His response is to accuse everybody else of lying. He accuses everybody on that debate stage of lying, and it's simply a mindless yell. Whatever he does, he accuses everyone else of doing. The man cannot tell the truth, but he combines it with being a narcissist. A narcissist at a level I don’t think this country has ever seen. Donald Trump is such a narcissist, that Barack Obama looks at him and goes, ‘Dude, what’s your problem?’ Everything in Donald’s world is about Donald. And he combines being a pathological liar, and I say pathological because I actually think Donald—if you hooked him up to a lie-detector pass, he could say one thing in the morning, one thing at noon, and one thing in the evening, all contradictory, and he'd pass the lie-detector test each time. Whatever lie he’s telling, at that minute he believes it, but the man is utterly a moron.
- Sen. Ted Cruz, May 2016
.
Still mired in ancient history Skippy? Your TDS has gone stage 4 it seems - Cruz’s words were the words of a bitter loser after the GOP nomination and they reconciled. Does it really have to be explained to you ?

P.S. Do you still struggle over elementary concepts such as ‘hyperbole’ ?

Unfortunately, yes - this could lead to civil war - as the LEFT has already initiated their War...

In my experience with Guerilla Warfare and Information Warfare - the indications became apparent to me during the orchestrated and funded Antifa/BLM riots and MSM Information Campaign that the Left was already transitioning from Phase 0 to Ph I and Ph II Operations.

Where the Phases of Warfare apply to Civil Warfare and Align with the Left's approach:
Phase 0 - Shape the Environment - CV19 Blue State Shutdowns and Skewed Death reporting
Phase I - Deter the Enemy - Antifa/BLM riots and MSM Information Campaign - Public Intimidation
Phase II - Seize the Initiative - Orchestrate a Covert Stealing of the Election - via under the radar death by 1000 cuts...
Phase III - Dominate the Enemy - Win by Stealing the Presidency AND Senate - Change and Enable Laws to HOLD CONTROL indefinitely
Phase IV - Stabilize the Environment - Mandatory Vaccines - Prepare for Reset
Phase V - Enable Civil Authority - Implement Defund the Police & Military - Ensure TOTAL Control
What country do you love in might I ask?

I'm asking this question here since it is an active political thread. If you found out that virtually all of the members of your church have political views contrary to yours, would you leave the church? The political bias may not be evident in the sermons, which is limited to neutral topics (love, forgiveness, trust Christ, etc.), however the more you talk and get to know others, you soon find out that they all have strong political views contrary to yours. Would you leave and why? Because you believe most of the congregants are anti-Christian?

Agree - it ain't over til the fat lady sings but i can't help but speculate.

Some slimeball games the system to defraud you of your house and you're suppose to voluntarily hand over the keys at the end of the month?!

Some other slimeballs says; ' oh just go thru the same 'system' to get it back later - right! Sorry but it's over - forever at that point - u ain't getting it back.

Knowing Americans from an outsider's perspective i predict bigtime turmoil if the fraud goes thru - what shape it takes is hard to say at this point...

280,000 finished ballots shipped from New York to Pennsylvania?

Atlanta elections telling republican observers to go home for the night, water main break,on CCTV camera, Democrats pulling boxes of ballots out from under a table, counting stacks multiple times?

States changed elections laws unlawfully, favoring democratic votes?

Biden dumped votes by the thousands?

Ballot drop boxes around the states, no chain of custody?

Many counties in states having more votes received than registered voters?

Just to mention a few actions of criminal fraud

You have stated you attend a Church in DC?

The first give away would be rainbow stickers on cars in the parking lot, Coexist, save the planet?

You know exactly where your at, this us why your asking, I dont believe your going to change them, just as Lot didnt change Sodom

I live in California, many liberals, including the homosexual movement has taken over many Church buildings, where it was an ederly congregation, worked their way into membership, and voted theirselves in and took everything

I strongly recommend getting into a body of believers, with a pastor that preaches sin and repentance, the truth of Gods words

Bet it's been a long time since you have heard the ole sin and repentance sermons, altar calls?

It is so dang disgusting they want abortion to be tax-funded and easily available. They actually speak of having a child as a burden. It is to the core a Marxist tactic to destroy the nuclear family. Make the family unit weak and this will make the nation brittle as the culture becomes more immoral.

Then they want to demasculine our boys who grow into men. Men are the fighting force of nations and weak men will easily be conquered.
Well said, The recent youtube clip that vent viral, Santa at the mall, telling the 4 yr old boy he cant have a nerf gun?

If he asked for a barbie doll, the creep probably would have agreed?

Rules on college campuses in California, only can look for 3 seconds, or its considered sexual harassment?

Liberals Push homosexuality in public Elementary school textbooks and classrooms, mandatory training?

This leftist agenda is mainly confined to the larger cities, but its spreading like cancer?

Yes my church is just outside DC. My church has decided not to have an official position on gay marriage; my pastor is against gay marriage but most of the congregants are pro gay marriage or neutral. She does an altar call every Sunday, inviting people to Jesus. No fire and brimstone sermons. She is very anti Trump and so are most of the congregants. However, this doesn't come out during sermons. She made a couple of off hand remarks outside. I do believe her sermons are Scriptural, but a few things she had said were indirect commentary.

I guess what irks me is that I have to hide that I voted for Trump. My pastor and most people do not know. I pretend to be a Democrat. Everyone during brunch after church bashes Trump. They all believe I am a Democrat because I am a POC. Because I believe I can never fully bond with them, I feel that I am wasting my time at the church (I also do not click with really conservative people either, that is a different discussion).

Female pastor you say? There is your problem. This is the liberal and unscriptural church. Such rebellion is a reason judgment. Does she even understand her bible? If she did read it and believe it, she would stand down. And the members would insist that she does.

I would leave if I though they were Spiritually blind. And I did!

I refuse to attend at my former Church. Crypto-amillenialists for the most part. Until the pastor came out of the closet and admitted it. Pastor started "teaching" Mark 13 and all the alarm bells went off. He finally let it slip afterward........."I'm an amillenialist". And believe me he was sneaky and deceptive about his views. Took me many months to figure out what was going on there.

And they also hated Trump....and refused to admit to that either!

IMO....many (perhaps most) there are deceived. And many (perhaps most) unsaved from what I could tell.

Yep - Trump is a Narcissist... No arguments there... Lots of successful people are Narcissistic... and those who consistently bring home super bowl trophies are American heroes...

The Cruz quote - merely shows that politicians will say anything to win a vote... and now demonstrates the relevance of the phrase - "The Enemy of My Enemy is My Friend."
Clearly, posthuman is utterly confused about the difference between "narcissist" and "commmunist".
And how one can be merely irritating, and the other is inevitably deadly.

I don't know what's more embarrassing. That you never knew that there is a "most irrational" number (and thereby solve my riddle). Or now that you know.....failing (and flailing) to admit it.
