It has been 30 plus years and many trials and errors in my life have scared my heart and mind.
But to be sure God was with me, he has kept me ,and is in me.
The written word of God is in broad strokes and it's depths are unreachable.
I have learned over the years to consider, meditate, and hid them in my heart.
There are some who just search for a answer and when they think they have found it they close the book ending the search.
The Lord says to seek him while he may still be found. Ask that we may receive, knock and it will be answered.
So the question arises do you want to know God or just the word. Sounds strange but the Lord said to seek him with our whole heart.
Jesus answered many questions and many after being answered walked away. Some content, some confused, some angry,
We should find comfort in the words of God it should bring joy and peace to our souls. But what if we're in error do we find ourselves sorry and repentive or do we disassociate ourselves refusing instructions?
It's not about "do we have the truth" it's about "what you do with the truth.

God puts his word above his name, that's how important his word is.

I don't have any bias, I could care less how the resurrection goes. You can't change the subject of a verse just because it doesn't line of with what a person thinks the resurrection is.

The subject of that verse is those who arise, I can't help, it is what it is.
in both cases (KJV and NASB). Is says of those who, rise, some rise to eternal life, others to eternal death

thats what they say, you claim otherwise, so your not being honest. Period.
once again, you have not changed a bit.

I agree never said it wasn't but what do you do with his word. Do you seek him or just an answer?

Does he know your name?
Yes he does, my name is written in this book.

Psa 139:15 My substance was not hid from thee, when I was made in secret, and curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth.

Psa 139:16 Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect; and in thy book all my members were written, which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them.

The Lord says it is the little children who come to Him. There is no scripture praising the scholars who have come to Him. It is for us to be constantly humble, constantly open to learning from the word, never a know it all.

Yet, it is through feeding our hearts and minds constantly with the words that we grow.

No one truly has the word, for language constantly changes. Words mean different things to people of different ages. Think of our words mouse, gay, even the meaning of salt has changed over time. Every bible we have is a translation, and it is impossible to truly translate one language from another. We must learn of the men who translated each translation and what they based it on. Even the KJV had a bias, as it reflected the religion of the time, and that was to persecute the Jews.
