To "sin willfully" (Hebrews 10:26) in the Greek carries the idea of deliberate intention that is habitual, which stems from rejecting Christ deliberately. This is continuous action, a matter of practice. Now we don't walk along our daily life and "accidentally" fall into a pit called sin. All sin is willful, we know by the law what sin is. We know sin because it is written for us to know.
If not then give an example.

If we say that we have no sin, we are deceiving ourselves and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous, so that He will forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar and His word is not in us.

We can't take any verse of scripture as if it were written in a vacuum. The book of Hebrews is a letter to the Hebrews, in other words Jews. Again about appostacy, not common sin. Even Peter was corrected by Paul. Did his hypocrisy condemn him forever? No certainly not.
Even the man excommunicated in 1 Corinthians is allowed back in 2 Corinthians. Paul in Romans 7 is quite clear. In his confessional was he condemned by what he admitted was sin? No, and he explained.
