We were busy so we ended up delaying roasting the turkey for today, making Thanksgiving effective since Thursday into the weekend. Holidays are not single days, we don't believe that, we extend it into little "seasons" rejoice in things while you can. Turkey is stuffed with orange. Potatoes and carrots grace it, with salt, black pepper, a pinch of clove and cayenne, and most importantly NUTMEG. I love nutmeg in savory variations. Combined with black or white pepper, it's amazing with meat and especially potato. And, we're adding green beans casserole with fried onions later. :D
