My friend,I quoted Acts because Peter by the Holy Spirit was "turning ungodliness away from Jacob", by preaching the gospel to Israel.
And Paul was "speaking of a "future time", because he was quoting a prophecy from the OT, about how Jesus would come.....and turn ungodliness away from Jews who were blind, like Paul, who formerly hated the followers of Jesus. The "Deluverer who comes from Zion" is no longer future.
Many, many, many Old Testament Jews rejected Christ. From the wilderness wandering to the Jews who killed Jesus, many Jews have rejected Christ. Those people are in hell today and will be there forever.

The vast majority of the world hates Gods why separate them out, as if they are the only ones. The reason they are scattered is because of their sin, they are being punished for their sin as we speak, just like God promised in Lev 26.

how you can not separate the two covenants or promises (one concerning eternal life to all who believe, and one concerning a property and status to a particular nation) is beyond me

Anybody that rejects the atoning work of Jesus Christ is going to hell, it doesn't matter if the born Jewish or Gentile. Many, many Jews have gone to hell and will continue to go their if they don't accept Christ.
The enemies of the gospel are the Jews who reject Christ, these ARE NOT God's elect.
The "beloved of the fathers" are the Jews that accept Christ, these ARE God's elect.
As it is written, All Israel (both Jewish Israel and Gentile Israel) shall be saved.

All of flesh descendants of Israel will not call on the name of the Lord. All Israel means Jewish Israel and Gentile Israel, both are spiritual Israel and all of us will be saved, God will not lose a single one of us.
