That guy was Seth Rich. God rest his soul. Shot three times in the back. Capitol police said it was a robbery. Yeah, nothing taken but his life. Maybe in their mind that made their absurd remarks true. He was robbed of his life. While his watch, wallet, phone, all valuables, were still on his person. Last I heard the case was closed.
