He has his own version of EVERYTHING! Are you sure?
That’s like saying non Calvinists are not semi pelagian in every sense
The accusation of Gnosticism is a smear that non Calvinists use against Calvinists, and the accusation of semi pelagianism is a smear that Calvinists use against Non Calvinists
It’s time to stop the smears and love one another. There are Calvinists who are saved and there are non Calvinists who are saved. Love one another. This is Christ’s desire one John 17
Elect = Jews = service ,purpose not salvation. And then we have you that denies election altogether.
Were saved by the resurrection not the death . ( of course the death IS necessary)Jesus did die for all, but His death only saves those who believe. And it was done on purpose that way.
Like i said I do not equate ' election ' ' elect ' to mean anything other than Jesus , Jews, service and purpose . Never ' to be saved ' . Predestination however and being sealed by the Holy Spirit until the day of redemption is the basis for my eternal security.Did the ECF believe in eternal security?
If you deny election on the basis of ECF, what about once saved always saved?
Which ECF taught that
Note. I believe in the security of the believer.
Whats your eternal security based on?Did the ECF believe in eternal security?

Lord = Kurios . So a person has to believe Jesus is who he said he was . ' before abraham was, I AM .Sorry we don't agree on that.
Luke 16:13
13 No servant can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.
KJV
It says one must receive Jesus as "Lord" - that is another word for "Master."
Rom 10:9
9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
KJV
John 13:14
14 If I then, your Lord and Master, have washed your feet; ye also ought to wash one another's feet.
KJV
Tradition ? No the bible. 1 cor 1.21 . Eph 1.12 -13 . Rom 10.9 . Eph 2.8and 9 .It is how the sinner is saved in Christ and becomes a Christian.
What tradition would you be referring to? You and those who agree with you.
That's why I recommended Dr Ken Wilson book on Augustine. Leighton Flowers covers a good talk on his YouTube channel also. Please detail the gnostic version of election.
Deterministic philosophy. Please detail the gnostic version of election.
The bible is so clear that its simply ' throughfaith ..Thats it .It is how the sinner is saved in Christ and becomes a Christian.
What tradition would you be referring to? You and those who agree with you.
And then we have you that denies election altogether.
The majority of people refuse to believe the truth so as to be saved , so believing in Jesus is enough. let's not add anything more than what is already being rejected by some . The Holy Spirit is reproving the world of their sin ( singular ) of not Believing in Jesus. Let's not add virtue signalling and legalism to the work of the Holy Spirit and the Gospel. No, that isn't work salvation. That's the saved Christian responding to the leading of the holy spirit to serve as God's church those in need.
However it is considered works salvation by those who hold to the idea all they need to do is believe in Jesus.
This may be helpful on Predestination.Jesus did die for all, but His death only saves those who believe. And it was done on purpose that way.
That's not my argument. Calvinism like Catholicism speaks a great deal about ' historical christianity ' and The ECF this and The ECF said that ..I find some interesting but I do not hold it to anything authority .Did the ECF believe in eternal security?
If you deny election on the basis of ECF, what about once saved always saved?
Which ECF taught that
Note. I believe in the security of the believer.
Let us not work to mislead the faithful by falsifying the reaching of Christ in that manner you've employed yet again.
